In 2005, Grand Master Emeritus Jac Cotelin has commissioned the creation of handbooks to guide leadership through their general duties within the Brotherhood. The Alactrity of the Commander is an extensive guide to the operative specifics of command. It outlines some of the most basic command duties which are shared by all leaders within the Brotherhood. There are over 40 manuals slated for production, currently. The immense task of writing each of these manuals has been delegated to Lord Cotelin in his retirement with the help of a slate of assistants. The Grand Master and the Dark Council critique each piece before it is posted.
