Korvis does not charge a high price because he has to pay for a life of luxury; he charges a high price because he knows that he is the best in the game and worth the credits. Those who do not know Korvis will feel he is gouging them, but those who have seen him in action know that he always delivers. This bravado follows Korvis around and builds on the success of completed jobs and can be off-putting to other Mercenaries that will try and lash back by pointing out his failures.
Korvis sole priority is fulfilling his bounty. He will not be bribed, intimidated, or otherwise convinced to change the terms or allow his target to flee. This makes him highly sought after but has earned him the reputation of being cold-hearted and unyielding.
Korvis is not afraid to exploit any advantage or position of power he has when dealing with others, and relies on a combination of fear, intimidation, manipulation and shows of strength to convince others to compromise and lose. Korvis can be quite callous in his dealings with others, and never gives up his power. This has earned Korvis with the reputation of a “bully” and can often make negotiations difficult before they even begin.
Korvis prefers to push the rules to the absolute limit. While he is unlikely to actually break rules or disobey orders, he toes the line between what is allowed and what isn't at every opportunity.
Through a mixture of cocksure courage and arrogant swagger, Korvis will not back down from a challenge when called out, even if the wiser path is to walk away or let it go. Korvis's personality does tend to rub a lot of people the wrong way, which generally puts him into situations that escalate quickly to violence. While he may not be the one to always start a fight, he will always see it through to it’s conclusion. Some have tried to play a challenge off as idle banter, but when Korvis initiates or accepts a challenge, he does not hold back.
When it comes to a fight, some like to posture, some like to act tough, some like to dance around and go through all sorts of fancy footwork. Korvis? Korvis doesn't bother with exotic battle stances, intricate maneuvers, or super-secret tactics. Korvis, when cornered into a fight, prefers the ancient technique of a good kick to the nuts. And if that won't work, either because the enemy is a woman or has balls of steel, Korvis isn't beyond pulling a few more cheap tricks out of the bag. Granted, Korvis won't be winning any medals for nobility or any prestige for a unique fighting style or a superb maneuver, but Korvis will still be winning, the best and most dirty way he knows how.
