Artemis Werd'la is a female of mixed heritage that bears a lithe hourglass figure that is lightly muscled — a body shape recognized as that of a dancer or dedicated gymnast — and is of average stature for her age. Pale laurel (grey-green) eyes are framed by a heart-shaped face beneath wavy dark auburn hair that travels halfway down her back. She has fair skin with the slightest pink hue, though it's fairly easy to conceal the defined points of her ears beneath her thick hair.
The only distinguishing mark the Huntress bears is a tattoo similar to her father's on her inner right forearm, though Artemis' is a different predatory avian in flight. The meaning is clear, however, as 'winged Huntress'.
Artemis Suoh-Werd'la loves to play with computers and enjoys interacting with them more than she does with people. Some may call her antisocial - and they'd be right.
While Artemis Suoh-Werd'la will see a job through to its conclusion and put forward her best effort, it’s still just a job. Artemis Suoh-Werd'la's true loyalties lie to her friends, and through thick and thin, she will stand by them and die for them if needed. This loyalty is reserved for those who have earned Artemis Suoh-Werd'la's trust, putting her at odds with other Mercenaries that are only doing a job for the money. This also makes it harder for employers to trust her motives, often times creating extra competition and difficulty finding work. None of it matters to Artemis Suoh-Werd'la, though, because loyalty to her friends is not something credits can buy.
Artemis Suoh-Werd'la has a tendency to be secretive and keeps to herself, relying on deception to conceal her motives and intentions. She is a schemer, and plots and plans against others carefully. When dealing with a confrontation, she will try and bluff her way out of trouble, or overcome obstacles with deliberate, covert actions.
Artemis Suoh-Werd'la considers her work to be the most important aspect of her life. This borderline obsessions with the "job" leaves little room for any kind of personal or social life, making it difficult for Artemis Suoh-Werd'la to relax and enjoy spending time with others. she excels in activities that relate to their work, but the idea of work-life balance is an altogether abstract concept.
Even the most gifted of weapon masters understands the importance of physical fitness and disciplining the body with through martial arts training. Artemis Suoh-Werd'la has trained vigorously in unarmed combat by fusing Teräs Käsi and Echani with other unconventional forms. While this martial focus helps bolster her prowess in close-quarters combat, Artemis Suoh-Werd'la is still limited in scope when facing down a less direct or ranged threat.
Without the gift of the Force, Artemis Suoh-Werd'la has trained rigorously with a wide range of melee weaponry and technology to better handle opponents that are able to harness the mythical power. Artemis Suoh-Werd'la has been conditioned to fight against foes that are Force-sensitive and are able to compensate against fighting an adversary wielding something as deadly as a lightsaber. While this adaptive combat training makes her lethal in close quarters combat against any kind of threat, they are still at the mercy of a long ranged fighter, assailant or Force user that prefers to attack the mind instead of the body.
