 -treating. Design the wrapper and the candy itself\, and add a small descr
 iption about the candy including what the flavor is and other features it 
 may have. It can be funny (think willy-wonka).\n\nJudging will be based on
  creativity and originality.  Jpg\, jpeg\, and png. submissions preferred.
  The herald rubric will also be used for grading. Can be traditional\, dig
 ital\,  or a photo of a homemade model. (If you use play doh for example.)
