DESCRIPTION:## Fall Is In The Air!\n\nNovember is a time for food\, family 
 and good old competition. To that end\, the Naga Sadow Summit will be thro
 wing a celebration of Sadowan and Orianite culture in the time-honored tra
 dition of a festival!\n\nThe festival will be comprised of a hodgepodge of
  activities where members will accrue points based first upon participatio
 n and second upon competition. Does that sound familiar?\n\n*Well\, if it 
 isn't broke\, don't fix it.* \n\nThe idea a bit of fun competition with an
  emphasis on getting out there can never hurt. To that end\, we will be ya
 nking the same form of scoring (points wise) as we just used in the Pro Bo
 wl!\n\n## Scoring:\n\nEach individual will earn five points per event they
  participate in. Participation is defined as a valid submission for an eve
 nt. Simply signing up for an event or uploading an unqualified submission 
 will not count. You have to put in the effort in order to receive the rewa
 rd. Participation will earn 5 points.\n\nIn addition to participation poin
 ts\, the top three individuals in each competition will earn placement mod
 ifier points. First place will earn 4 points\, second place will earn 3 po
 ints\, and third place will earn 2 points\, and all other entries will ear
 n 1 point. Events themselves will have modifiers based on their perceived 
 difficulty/level of effort required. For example: the modifier for fiction
  will be 3\, the modifier for gaming/graphics/poetry will be 2\, and no mo
 difier will be added to puzzle/trivia/flash events.\n\nGrading formula: (P
 lacement Score * Event Modifier) + Participation = Event \nScore\n\nAt the
  end of the festival points will be accrued and the top point earners will
  take home a shiny new Crescent\, while everyone will have the opportunity
  to take home some fun new memories. \n\nIn the case of tied points\, plac
 ements will be compared to break the ties\, ie comparing the number of 1st
 \, 2nd and third place finishes to break ties. If by some chance there is 
 still a tiebreaker needed\, the number of Crescents earned through the com
