DESCRIPTION:-> Phase  #4 <-\n# Conflict:\n### Hostilities resume between th
 e renegade Vauzem forces and the Vatali-Odanite Cohort for the fate of Que
 rmia.\n\n-> ![Divider]([asset:pcon_separator221]) <-\n\n#### The Breakdown
 : \nFires raged throughout the firmament as attack ships burned off of t
 he shoulder of Quermia\, their fractured C-beams glittering in the dark ne
 ar the Perlemian Gate. When the O.U.S.C. requested an inspection of the Me
 dical Ship flying Vauzem colors during the Life Day Armistice\, under conc
 erns that the vessel had been acting as a staging point and armament trans
 port for the belligerent forces\, the Vauzem Separatists opened fire on th
 e Vatali-Odanite Cohort beginning a series of operations to either reclaim
  or destroy the vessel that had been a source of speculation for weeks.\n\
 n*This was how the Life Day Armistice ended\, an act of aggression in the
 wake of perfidy.*\n\nThe rage of the combat in the skies above Quermia was
  such that the soldiers afield below stood in awe\, knowing their fragile
 peace afforded over the holidays had come to an end\, but stricken by the
 terrible beauty and devastation caused as the fighting began among the sta
 rs\, the debris of broken vessels giving way to prismatic sprays as the hy
 permatter fuel of their fusion drives painted the night's sky. \n\n-> ![Di
 vider]([asset:pcon_separator221]) <-\n\n#### The Competition:\nSometimes\,
  beauty is born from tragedy. As the armistice comes to pass\, the soldier
 s on the planet's surface are unaware of how the conflict will emerge\, an
 d who or what will take form. They only know for sure that the hauntingly
 beautiful sky of that night was an omen.\n\n* The Competition is to paint
 a night's sky broken by prismatic/rainbow bursts or aurora effects.\n* Sup
 porting features\, landscapes\, and characters are strongly recommended.\n
 * For Clarity Sake\, and Eligibility\, submissions must be detailed\, stic
 k figures will not be accepted.\n* This competition will be graded using t
 he [Herald Graphics Grading Rubric](https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d
 /13dMTASwp1AOxiGAAEPdpsdPOCy-hkzCi_qq2vxKb9Gw/edit#gid=0)\n* Acceptable fo
 rmats for this competition are: .PNG\, .JPG\, or .PDF\n* Any Mediums are a
 cceptable. \n* AI Generated Submissions will not be accepted.\n\nNote: All
  entries must be original artwork and if any resources are used that are n
 ot original must be cited in the submission box.
