DESCRIPTION:### Sitrep\n\nMany transmissions travel between people during a
  war. Some are proud proclamations of loyalty\, others desperate messages 
 to loved ones just before death. All of them are important. It is your tas
 k to create such a moment.\n\n### Objective\n\nCreate an audiobook-style m
 essage from one character to another. The theme is your own choice\, but i
 t must be from an original transcript written specifically for this compet
 ition.\n\n### Rules\n\n* Audio entries must be submitted in one of the fol
 lowing formats: *.avi\, .mp3*\n* Teams must be formed of anywhere from 1 t
 o 4 members from the same clan. \n* A transcript of the audio entry must b
 e supplied with the audio itself and in .pdf format\n* Entries may be comp
 ressed into a zip format for easier upload: *.zip\, .rar*\n* A minimum of 
 two voices and two sound effects must be utilized (the voices may be modul
 ated)\n* The audio excerpt must be at least 30 seconds long\n* Reminder: A
 I-generated entries are NOT allowed\n* Each team must create a transcript 
 of who did what in the team (not everyone needs to do voices\, but everyon
 e has to do a part of the entry)\n* This competition offers double cluster
 s\n* Any AI entries will be disqualified\n\n### Grading\n\nAll entries wil
 l be graded on:\n\n* Voice performance (30%) \n* Coherency of the final ex
 cerpt (30%)\n* Effort put into submission (30%)\n* Personal preference (10
 %). \n\nPlease provide a transcript of the audio with the submission.\n\n#
