DESCRIPTION:### Sitrep\n\nThe Brotherhood has finally found the home of our
great enemy and has launched an assault on the Cor’neria system. Here\,
we must face off against the combined might of the fanatical Liberation F
ront\, the tactical Capital Enterprises\, and the ruthless Technocratic Gu
ild. \n\nWhile the Collective is comprised of anti-Force zealots\, their m
ilitary should not be underestimated. Heavily enhanced with cybernetics an
d linked together via advanced AI systems\, their forces stand to push the
Brotherhood to their limit. \n\nAs the first boots on the ground of Cor
’neria\, you’re one of several capable Brotherhood members who have be
en tasked with either establishing a beachhead on **Elizabeth-I**\, disabl
ing Technocratic support from **Elizabeth-II**\, or assisting in the evacu
ation of non-combatant personnel from **Isabella Ship Yard**.\n\n### Objec
tive\n\nAs one of the first boots on the ground\, you’ve been tasked wit
h one of the following narratives:\n\n* **[Foothold]** Making landfall was
the easy part\; securing it is harder. You’ve made landfall on Elizabet
h-I\, whether alone or with allied forces\, and are tasked with securing a
landing zone for those who come after. Liberation Front soldiers have sec
ured the areas surrounding the Capital Enterprises operations and regional
space ports.\n\n* **[Electric Slide]** Intel has pinpointed the crux of t
he Collective’s technical power coming from the warrior development foun
dry located on Elizabeth-II. You’ve been tasked with disabling this foun
dry by any means necessary.\n\n* **[All Hands]** Sometimes\, the most nota
ble acts in conflict are those of compassion. The Isabella Ship Yard has b
ecome a central point of contention during the conflict and has been batte
red relentlessly by both sides. One of the Golan Stations flanking the shi
pyard has taken catastrophic damage and requested assistance. Sounding a s
urrender\, they accept your assistance\, but the interior damage makes you
question how anyone could have survived. What trials and tribulations do
you find as you attempt to rescue the survivors?\n\n### Rules\n\n* Entries
must be submitted as a static file (e.g. .pdf\, .txt\, .docx) or using th
e submission box on the Brotherhood website. Google Docs links and other
‘live’ documents that can be edited after submission will be ineligibl
e for placement.\n * If your entry is not PG-13\, please make sure to hide
your entry by unchecking the “Allow people to view your submission afte
r the competition has been judged” box\n* Entries must be a minimum of 5
00 words. Any entries that are under 500 words will be ineligible for plac
ement.\n* Your story must be centered on your **active characters with a v
alid character sheet**. Wikipedia NPCs\, or other characters that you crea
te or invent to tell your story\, are encouraged. However\, your narrative
should focus on one of your primary characters.\n* You must select and su
bmit a snapshot of your main character or alternative character with your
entry.\n* This competition will award up to four (4) bonus Clusters of Ice
at a rate of 1 per 500 words\, in addition to the normal clusters awarded
for fiction competitions\n\n### Grading\n\nSubmitted entries will be grad
ed using the [Voice Fiction Rubric](https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d
 /125hThvIEweRL-nHDepON-PV-ixeC8zLp9xmYkI9wkM0/edit#gid=0).
