 you a new prompt\, usually relating to your characters\, their lives\, int
 erests\, what-if scenarios\, or the day-to-day within The Brotherhood.\n\n
 ---\n\nThe topic for the month of **July** is *For Those Who Come After*. 
 With the end of the Seventeenth Great Jedi War\,  we've been left with an 
 Uji-shaped void in the Brotherhood. Following the struggle against The Col
 lective\, Uji's sacrifice\, and the questions of what's to come next\; the
  themes of the month will be "War\," "Remembrance\," and "Sacrifice." \n\n

 u write like you need it to survive?:   \n**LOREFEST** is a series of prom
 pts\, ideas\, and expositions to help flesh out characters\, express creat
 ive ideas\, and earn sweet\, sweet credits along the way. You'll see a mix
  of prompts\, old and new\, some even taking new life from #character-ques
 tions\, as we seek to dive deep\, understand your characters\, define thei
 r place in The Brotherhood\, and most importantly\, enjoy the process of w

 ## War Never Changes\, But We Do:\n\nThe conflict touched all of us\, some
  in more ways than others. What lasting effects did it leave your characte
 rs with? How has their daily life changed in its wake? In at least 500 wor
 ds\, detail your character's return from Cor'neria\, how the events of the
  conflict changed them\, for better or worse\, and what experiences from t
 he front have changed their daily outlook (if any).\n\n-> ![Divider]([asse

 you're alive?:\n\n* Participants must submit entries in a static format fo
 rmat (preferably .pdf or the submission text field).\n * Any entries writt
 en in a GoogleDoc must be exported as a .pdf for submission.\n * It is **h
 ighly** recommended to submit in a .pdf format.\n* Submissions will be gra
 ded according to the [Fiction Rubric 3.0](https://docs.google.com/spreadsh
 eets/d/125hThvIEweRL-nHDepON-PV-ixeC8zLp9xmYkI9wkM0/edit?usp=sharing)\n* E
 ntries must be a minimum of 500 words. Any entries that are under 500 word
 s will be ineligible for placement.\n* There is **no maximum** word cap.\n
 * Your story must be centered on one of your dossier-linked characters. Ad
 ditional NPCs\, including ones listed on the wiki or created/invented to t
 ell your story in this fiction\, are allowed and strongly encouraged.\n* A
  snapshot of the primary character’s loadout isn't necessary but it woul
 d be neat if you made/used one.\n* This competition will award up to **4**
  bonus Clusters of Ice at a rate of *1 per 500 words*.
