 des a wide variety of unique\, fun\, luxury\, and utilitarian spacecraft.

 survive?:   \n**LOREFEST** is a series of prompts\, ideas\, and exposition
 s to help flesh out characters\, express creative ideas\, and earn sweet\,
  sweet credits along the way. You'll see a mix of prompts\, old and new\, 
 some even taking new life from #character-questions\, as we seek to dive d
 eep\, understand your characters\, define their place in The Brotherhood\,
  and most importantly\, enjoy the process of writing.  \n\n-> ![Divider]([
 asset:wolfe_divider]) <-\n\n## The Prompt:\n#### Lost In Space\n\nEither t
 hrough inclement cosmic weather\, a malfunctioning navicomputer or hyperdr
 ive\, or something else\, you've become stranded in deep space. Write a st
 ory of your character or characters in this situation. You can write them 
 waiting for rescue\, getting themselves out of the situation\, or acceptin

 er]) <-\n\n## The Rules:\n#### How do you write every second you're alive?
 :\n\n* Participants must submit entries in a static format format (prefera
 bly .pdf or the submission text field).\n * Any entries written in a Googl
 eDoc must be exported as a .pdf for submission.\n * It is **highly** recom
 mended to submit in a .pdf format.\n* Submissions will be graded according
  to the [Fiction Rubric 3.0](https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/125hTh
 vIEweRL-nHDepON-PV-ixeC8zLp9xmYkI9wkM0/edit?usp=sharing)\n* Entries must b
 e a minimum of 500 words. Any entries that are under 500 words will be ine
 ligible for placement.\n* There is **no maximum** word cap.\n* Your story 
 must be centered on one of your dossier-linked characters. Additional NPCs
 \, including ones listed on the wiki or created/invented to tell your stor
 y in this fiction\, are allowed and strongly encouraged.\n* A snapshot of 
 the primary character’s loadout isn't necessary but it would be neat if 
 you made/used one.\n* This competition will award up to **4** bonus Cluste
 rs of Ice at a rate of *1 per 500 words*.
