DESCRIPTION:Meowdy\, y'all!\n\nWe're back again with the second entry to my
  What If fiction series. The last competition got a lot of buzz in the clu
 b that I was happy to see\, and some really great entries. i'm hoping this
  next entry gets the same\, and even exceeds\, the level of engagement as 
 the last one!\n\nAs I stated previously\, because of the nature of the pro
 mpt\, it is assumed that any characters involved have their full set of ab
 ilities\, skills\, and gear available to them even if they come from a dif
 ferent universe.\n\n# The Prompt\n\nYour character(s) has been tasked with
  investigating a derelict ship that has drifted into their clan or organiz
 ation's space/territory. Upon arriving\, they eventually find themselves f
 ace-to-face with the terrifying Xenomorph from the "Alien" series!\n\nYour
  character(s) can be alone or accompanied by a team of NPCs. You can write
  an encounter with a single Xenomorph or if you desire a real terrifying c
 hallenge of survival\, you can write your character(s) encountering an inf
 estation! As long as a xenomorph is featured\, you have fulfilled the prom
 pt.\n\nFor those of you unfamiliar\, I recommend watching at least the ori
 ginal Alien film to familiarize yourselves with the creature. Or\, if you

 m of 500 words is required to receive full awards\, with additional cluste
 rs of ice for every additional 500 words.\n\nAttaching a snapshot is optio
 nal. You can use or create as many NPCs as you'd like for this story\, as
