DESCRIPTION:Propaganda is the chief tool of any regime to keep people in li
 ne and influence their beliefs. Plagueis uses Propaganda at a local scale 
 to keep citizens in line\, at a sector scale to exalt itself and present P
 lagueis as the force against corruption\, and at the galaxy scale to garne
 r trust in its financial and political directives.\n\nFor this conquest\, 
 whoever writes the most words in the month will win. Plagueians cannot qua
 lify for placement without meeting the minimum threshold.\n\nConquests are
  monthly competitions derived around multiple activities. Each conquest wi
 ll require a minimum threshold to qualify for. Plagueis members are automa
 tically entered into the competitions provided they meet these thresholds.
  In order to qualify for placement in each Conquest\, Plagueians must meet
  the following thresholds: 15 CFs earned\, 6 competitions entered (excludi
 ng Conquests)\, and 250 words typed (fiction or RP).\n\nPlacement Points a
 re awarded as follows:\n\n2 Points for reaching the minimum threshold (6 t
 otal points). 1 Additional Point for each time the threshold is broken (pa
 rtial points are not awarded). Placement awards an additional 2 points per
  placement starting at 5th\, with 1st place earning 10 additional points. 
 All points are calculated at the end of the month.
