- Primary reason
I would be remiss if I didn't take a moment to thank my wonderful Proconsul Cyris for the diligent, consistent, and outstanding work he has provided over the last 6 months. This job certainly isn't an easy one and required Cy to dive into the deep end as we finished a House feud, and underwent the long and stressful task of planning and a Clan feud against CNS. The long hours, frustrating conversations, and incredibly detailed work just in planning helped push this feud into a grand vendetta level event. Once the details were set, Cy was instrumental in giving intense punch and depth to the fictions. When it came to judging, he wasted no time in ensuring the competition scoring he was responsible for was done in a rapid and professional manner.
Cyris is incredibly passionate about this club, and every single action he takes as a Proconsul. From late night discussions both with myself and our members, to making the tough decisions that will ensure a better tomorrow, Cy is there to give it 110%. He motivates with frequent interaction, reminds all of why they are here, and has provided some amazing kick ass art on top of everything else he has done for CSP.
Thank you Cy for doing everything you can to help make CSP a better place, and pushing all of us to be the best we can be.

- Additional reasons
When Cyris arrived at our Clan to fill the role of Proconsul, I was really wary about him. His is a role that takes much responsibility and a really cool mind due to the stress that this position entitles.
To my surprise, Cyris was not just the best candidate for this position, he adapted perfectly to Scholae Palatinae and became like a father for many members, acting as moderator and support where it was required, whenever he saw anyone in need.
He has not been overshadowed by the figure of Xen, who has been Consul for longer than most of us have been members, but instead he has become a partner in crime, moving forward a Clan that sorely needed a helping hand in a bad moment.
But if being PCON for the time he has been in his position is not enough, he has kept participating in competitions, giving an example to all members of the clan, and the most important part, he was there to endure the extremely hard task of co-organizing the Clan feud together with Xen.
For all that he has done, a Grand Cross falls short for me, and I'm sure Xen would award him something bigger if he could (and we would support it), but if someone of us deserves the higher merit award, that's Cyris.
I cannot imagine now Scholae Palatinae without someone like him. May this reward will be a small token of our appreciation for his hard work and his perseverance.
Thank you Cyris, for everything.

Cyris proved to be an extremely dedicated leader and was very important to planning and executing our recent feud. Initially, Cyris dedicated several days and numerous hours to helping shape and plan the feud. This included discussions that went well into the night, deciding subjects such as how the story would go, what the Clans would be fighting over, and what competitions we would include. His unique insight as a longtime Elder of the club and his experience in previous feuds helped us maintain good standards in running this one.
Then, together, we planned and wrote the Phase I fiction for the event. This included over 3000 words of writing or editing. We first decided what we wanted to do. Then we made an outline, including regular members we wanted to feature in the fiction. Then we researched their character sheets to make sure that we would be portraying them properly. This was a delicate affair, but Cyris handled it well and the fiction was better for his involvement.
Throughout the event, Cyris helped resolve any rules issues or questions quickly, allowing us to have a very fast turnaround time (usually within a few hours) so our members issues could be solved. If there was a rule issue, or if we needed to consult someone about something, he was quick to identify a potential solution to the problem.
In his role as a judge for the feud, Cyris' dedication was incredible. This is exemplified in Phase 2 judging, in which he had both the fiction and Runon to judge. Cyris judged over 30,000 words just for the fiction competition alone, and probably near that many again for the Runons. He completed this in just a few days, working diligently to do his part so members would have quick results. In part because of this work, the feud was judged and finished in a very quick timeframe.
All in all, Cyris has been passionate about providing the club's membership with an exciting event and doing right by them. He has brought a unique perspective to our team for running this event. I really appreciate his comment and believe he is more than deserving of this Grand Cross.
Congratulations, Miley (Cyris)!

I worked with Cyris on our recent vendetta entitled Shattered Ties. Cyris went out of his way to get the job done, proofing all of our fiction and driving it forward when we often got distracted on other items.
Added to that, Cyris could be relied upon to quickly turn around competition judgements and kept me on my toes to be able to keep up with him.
Cyris serves his members well as Proconsul and I'm glad to add my voice to his Grand Cross.

Cyris has been nothing short of exceptional in his role as PCON since joining the summit team 6 months ago. Planning, organising and grading the feud with CNS was a mammoth task, and one in which Cy worked tirelessly to ensure the members enjoyed the events.
Cyris is a constant presence in the clan Telegram channels and is a natural leader, always willing to lend an ear to help members with anything they need. Many hours have been spent by Cy nuturing the talents of the CSP membership in ACC, fiction, character development, art, and likely others I don't know about. In addition to dossier rewards Cy has ben offering very high quality character images as rewards for high level feud participation, something that takes many hours out of his own time.
It's been great to have Cyris serving with us on the clan summit, bringing much needed expertise and willingness to do what needs to be done. Cyris has really shown his leadership skills since here by being willing to handle difficult situations with decorum to obtain the best result for both the clan as a whole and its individual members.
Thanks for all your hard work!

He came in like a wrecking ball...
Our beloved PCON, or some call him Miley, has been a great addition to the clan since he joined. His biggest work project was the Shattered Ties feud and it took a lot of work and sacrifice. As a result, everyone in his Clan got to participate in a major clan level event with another clan. It gave us all a chance to test our strengths and required a lot of prep work to ensure its success.
Additionally, he was crazy fast with grading the large event. He had to grade about 32K words of fiction and yet he still finished within a matter of a few days. What does this mean? It shows how much he cares for CSP and everyone in it. He couldn't participate in the competitions, but he made sure the rest of us would have fun.
In addition, Cyris is always around to help you out when needed. He has helped many a CSP writer get over the initial ACC hurtle via proofing, tips, or writing workshops. Overall, Thank you, my friend, for the help and everything you do.
This exemplary service to the clan is most deserving of a Grand Cross.

Since Cyris has started as Proconsul, he never ceased to amaze me. He took on a position in the middle of a planning process for a clan wide feud against one another. Cy then proceeded to jump into a Clan feud against other clan, a much larger scale event with much more of a larger scale planning and thinking. He has at numerous occasions multi tasked with numerous tasks at once for the clan and matters of the houses while working with the ongoing feud.
He came out on top with his clan victorious, in a feud that he worked to the bone on with Xen. Without Cyris, none of it would of been possible. even within the summit on matters within the clan, When the summit is frustrated on an issue, CY is there taking it in and providing his insight despite Xen and Himself being even more frustrated than we would otherwise be in the matter.
He is the Grand ole master in the summit despite not being an Elder or the Emperor, We would not be as prosperous right now as we are without him. Congratulations Cyris!

Cyris has been an instrumental and vital keystone to the development and progression of our clan, ever since he stepped into office. As a Proconsul, it is his duty to ensure the members and summit of the clan follow the visions and beliefs he and the Consul wish to guide. Suffice to say, Cyris does everything in his power to uphold this standard, to push us to be better. Through intense and needed motivation, analytical and clear reports, and a much needed tug in the right direction, Cyris upholds a grand appearance as Proconsul.
Event before the Feud against CNS, Cyris proved he was as much as a producer as a consumer. By hosting 4 competitions, aside from the 17 in the feud, he guided aspiring writers to better their skills. He provided invaluable feedback to us, pointed out where our abilities shined and gone on to speak individually to the members about what they can do next in their learning path. Above all else, Cyris is a teacher, a master of his trade and the technical mind CSP needs.
Congratulations boss! The drinks are on you!
