Start with gathering all of your ingredients and tools. You'll need the following, of course. Breading * Breadcrumbs * Oil Chicken * 2 [Takodana Chicken breasts](http://starwars.wikia.com/wiki/Chicken) * 4 slice of a mild, sweet cheese * 4 to 6 slices of [Gamorrean Ham](http://starwars.wikia.com/wiki/Gamorrean_Pork) Breading Method * 1 Egg * 2 teaspoons of [pom flour](http://starwars.wikia.com/wiki/Flour) Cream Sauce (makes 1 cup) * 1 and a 1/2 tablespoons of butter, variety matters little, be aware of salted butter when seasoning later. * 1 and a 1/2 tablespoons of pom flour. * 1 1/4 cups milk, blue or otherwise, again, taste with seasonings. * 2 tablespoons of [Boontaspice mustard](http://starwars.wikia.com/wiki/Boontaspiced_mustard) * 3 tablespoons of grated cheese * Salt and Pepper to taste. First, we preheat the oven to 180c and bake our breadcrumbs for about three minutes, or until a light golden. When satisfied, scrape into a bowl. Then, we slice a pocket into the chicken breasts, which we'll fill with folded over ham slices and cheese, split evenly between the two breasts. Close the pocket up, and use toothpicks to seal it for now. Sprinkle with salt and pepper seasoning. Next, we take the egg and flour, whisking it together in a bowl. Dredge/dip the chicken breast into this, getting a good coverage, before rolling it in the breadcrumbs we already baked. Lay out the now breaded breasts onto a pan, make sure to spray or oil this to avoid sticking. Bake the chicken for 25 to 30 minutes, until the breading is golden brown and the chicken itself is firm to the touch. Let rest for several minutes. While this is baking, make your sauce. With the sauce, we start with melting the butter over medium heat in a saucepan, add the pom flour and cook for another minute and a half. Next, add half of your milk, whisking it in until the flour is well mixed in, before adding the remainder of the milk along with the mustard and grated cheeses. Whisk constantly, for three minutes while still on the stove. Season to taste, and remember that it will thicken up more as it cools. After your chicken has set and your sauce has thickened, pour it over the breasts and serve. Pair with just about any vegetable dish and a white wine.
