[Takadona Maz Kanata’s Castle](Asset Not Found)

When the First Order beset on Takadona, Maz Kanata’s castle took the brunt of the assault. Located on the shore of a lake that was owned by the pirate Maz Kanata, it served as a haven for travelers, smugglers and other unsavory characters. Sensor grids and advanced communication gear secured the castle from unannounced attacks, giving its owner and visitors enough notice to flee the scene.

The area around it is rumored to have been the battleground for the Jedi and Sith, being of strategic value for those willing to seek control over Takadona, and is littered with ancient ruins that resemble the structure of the castle itself. Inside, the castle’s gray exterior vanishes into shades of brown, the color of sandstone. Tables and chairs fill the cluttered spaces where travelers could share tales or pursue their own controversial interests. Unfiltered smoke permeates the air, clogging the senses with a sweet odor. Various criminal groups have at some time or another sought shelter in the castle, their passage evidenced by the many-colored banners outside bearing their insignia.

Now, the castle remains uninhabited. Several of its towers have crumbled under the First Order’s assault. Stonework pillars have toppled over, scorched from turbolasers and blaster fire. Other segments lie in ruin, still too new for the forest to have reclaimed the land around the castle.

The Castle was bare desolate not what it once was or intended to be. Still the remnants of the Castle remain. It was here where the First Order stormed the Castle in a deadly assault. Ruins from the Castle scattered the area and grounds outside the Castle. The Castle itself was heavily damaged from the attack yet the inside still lay intact. The Castle was located on a lake which seemed to feed the forest surrounding the Castle. The Castle and surrounding areas were now just a battleground of what the Castle once was. Magik had come to Takadona for this very reason.

His orders came from Arcona to meet an old foe on this very battleground. He had traveled a great distance for this very reason. He was to meet Alara Deathbane in battle to settle old scores past and present. Magik had been waiting for this opportunity for too long. As he waited for Alara to show her face he stood outside the Castle standing along the shore of the lake. Calm yet waiting for his opponent. He slowly walked to the entrance of the Castle and turned to the forest. The forest seemed to talk to him as he waited in silence. With no audience watching this battle was just between Alara and Magik.

Magik quietly looked over his surroundings as Alara came sneeking out of the forest. He had been expecting her as she snuck out into the picture. They were about fifty meters apart as she made her way out from the forest. "Alara, come closer so I can see you!", Magik exclaimed with intimidation. She stopped where she was and glared at Magik with a glimmering stare. Magik was not disappointed by he appearance. He knew she had come to settle the scores. The two stared at eachother with anger for some time before Alara began to pace again in Magik's direction.

As her pace picked up she was now getting closer. Magik was ready to enter battle once again. "Alara, stop where you are", Magik said with disgust. They were now twenty meters apart. "Are you ready to face me now", Alara shouted with anger. Magik quietly grabbed his lightsaber off his left hip with his right hand as he stood in front of her. He then emitted his lightsaber as it echoed throughout the forest on Takadona.
