Alethia spent her entire adult life before joining Odan-Urr fighting for the New Order and, although the Empire itself may have failed her, she still holds to its ideals. She appreciates order and devotion to duty, believes the government and military have a central role in civilized society, and suspects that 'democracy' is just a euphemism for anarchy. While this causes friction with her clanmates, Alethia does her utmost to enforce Odan-Urr's rule over New Tython and is constantly watching for signs of insurrection against the Clan Summit.

Alethia is still accustomed to the time of the Galactic Empire, when Force-users were rarely spoken of and almost never encountered. Because of this, the abilities of the Jedi and Sith are somewhat mysterious to her and she's wary of them as a result. On the other hand, she does know that the Emperor killed all the Jedi and the galaxy functioned just fine without them. Alethia is far from convinced that Force-users are much better than the Loyalists and Mercenaries they claim dominion over.

Alethia Archenksova doesn't do anything without first having a plan, and is constantly overheard advising others to always “think through their exits”. Every movement she makes—be it combative, manipulative or otherwise—is premeditated and thought out ahead of time. This foresight often places Alethia Archenksova two steps ahead of her peers. However, when plans go awry, Alethia Archenksova often has to first backtrack those same two steps to address the present, and that hesitation can often be line between success and failure in the heat of a situation.

Alethia Archenksova is a lateral thinker, and when she encounters problems or dilemmas, she is very good at improvising and coming up with alternative solutions. This allows Alethia Archenksova to find ways out of situations others might give up on. While these solutions are often not so obvious to others, Alethia Archenksova can typically explain and lead others through her plan...as long as they are patient and willing enough to trust her outside thinking.

When it comes to a fight, some like to posture, some like to act tough, some like to dance around and go through all sorts of fancy footwork. Alethia Archenksova? Alethia Archenksova doesn't bother with exotic battle stances, intricate maneuvers, or super-secret tactics. Alethia Archenksova, when cornered into a fight, prefers the ancient technique of a good kick to the nuts. And if that won't work, either because the enemy is a woman or has balls of steel, Alethia Archenksova isn't beyond pulling a few more cheap tricks out of the bag. Granted, Alethia Archenksova won't be winning any medals for nobility or any prestige for a unique fighting style or a superb maneuver, but Alethia Archenksova will still be winning, the best and most dirty way she knows how.

Alethia Archenksova will never go into any situation head-on. Whether it be combat or just strolling down the street, she will stick to the shadows or cloak themselves in the Force. The less they are seen the better. If they cannot sneak up on someone, then Alethia Archenksova will not bother confronting them.
