Host:

Kaiburr's droid host's construction was originally similar to human anatomy, however with the events on Antei and the destruction of his droid body, Kaiburr now rests imprisoned within a cybernetic arm instead of having a proper droid to host him.

Loadouts

Ossk has not created any public loadouts yet.

Blue and Orange Morality (General Aspect)

As a silicon-based species Shard are nigh immortal, posses a Hive-mind that is inherently alien to most sentient thinking and a moral framework that is so utterly alien and foreign to human experience that he can't be pegged as "conventionally" good or evil. This alien perspective does not detract at all from his intelligence - far from it, Kaiburr is exceptionally astute and possesses tenacious willpower.

However this perspective makes Kaiburr feel a disconnect with organic sentients who have a faster outlook on time. Also, despite being centuries old by human standards, Kaiburr is essentially a young adult and has the same emotional and mental growth. Because of these differences Kaiburr often struggles with understanding the organics around him, and they him, leaving him a social outcast.

Mobile-Suit Human (General Aspect)

As a silicon-based species, Shards are immobile in their natural state, but can be installed in specially modified droids. However due to unforseen developments, Kaiburr is currently imprisoned in a cybernetic arm instead of a droid.

Kaiburr’s host body is powered by a diatium power cell granting long lasting battery power and longer performance times. However, due to his metallic body Kaiburr is extremely susceptible to ion energy and electrical assaults, which can incapacitate him easily. Furthermore the durasteel chassis and the incredible power requirements of the host caused a heavy toll on the electrical pathways that serve as his nerves, slowing down his reaction times and overall speed.

Knight Templar (Personality Aspect)

The end game for Kaiburr is the creation of a Utopia in the long run, a better world for the Shard as a whole (or at least "better" in his eyes), no matter what the cost. His obsession with the idea of a Shard Utopia has convinced him that it is possible, and he is willing to do anything to obtain his ambition.

Kaiburr believes fully that he is on the side of righteousness and draws his strength from it. Trying to reason with him isn't much good either, because Kaiburr believes that if you're not with him, you're against him - and he is utterly merciless in dealing with those who are against him.

With this conviction burning in his heart, Kaiburr joined a terrorist cell with the intent of coercing the Republic into rebuilding Orax in his twisted vision. Yet with the destruction of his group, Kaiburr now utilizes his talents for mayhem and pyrotechnics in accordance to the direction of his handlers in a mercenary band.

Dark Messiah (Personality Aspect)

The world is filled with idealists who believe in truth and justice and devote their lives to fighting for it. And then the world keeps letting them down. Kaiburr, realizes he lives in a dark, cruel and brutal world and chose to fight not because he believes he will truly make a difference, but because it's the right thing to do.

Kaiburr won't hesitate to sacrifice himself for the Shard; in fact, he would die a thousand times and just as well accept a life of torture to reach his goal - freedom and equality for the Shard; but he will also not hesitate to grimly murder thousands in kind and torture many more to achieve that end.

The thing is, Kaiburr believes that the end justifies the means. In a world where moral absolutes are impossible to find, he will use underhanded tactics, preemptive strikes, and otherwise act like Zata Magnus's patron saint in his quest to bring about that "perfect" world.

Always Prepared (Combat Aspect)

Sometimes the only way to prepare for the worst is to always expect it. Ossk takes this philosophy one step further by never leaving home without accounting for every possible scenario he might expect to encounter. Ossk tends to always have the right tool or item for a situation and has a habit of quietly and almost smugly presenting solutions before anyone even recognizes there is a problem. This foresight is far from infallible, however, and he often finds himself at a loss in situations that go beyond what he could have imagined. While incredibly practical and often a life-saver in a pinch, his perpetually pessimistic outlook on daily life can be a bit draining on more optimistic-inclined companions.

Go Go Gadget (Combat Aspect)

Ossk's passion for technology extends beyond his talent with Slicing. He truly believes that wars can be won with technology, not soldiers, and will always try to avoid direct combat if he can afford it. Instead, he prefers to deploy clever traps with Explosives, or turn technology against others as a weapon. Ossk would rather overload a circuit breaker to shock a guard into submission than to test his luck with his hands or a blaster. If removed from technology or his gadgets, however, Ossk can easily be overwhelmed. Fortunately, he has no qualms with throwing a smoke grenade down and running for dear life.
