Overview:

Following the odd invitation to Club Antonia, Scholae Palatinae discovered that Tiure clan was enslaving the population of Ulress. Following the engagement of Scholae Palatinae forces Ixtal Noxus is dead and the Tiure clan is seeking to reconcile with Scholae Palatinae leadership. A reception is scheduled and Emperor Kamjin is shot by a sniper. Thran, taking control, orders the system to be cleared of Tiure gangsters.
