Run-on Competition: Embers of the Flame

Castle Tarentum's hallways were full active bodies. The Iron Throne was impressed with the resuscitation of the House, however there was still much work to be done. They had been mostly successful on Ashas Ree and found themselves preparing for their next planetary destination. The entire House is strongly encouraged to meet for a training event to sharpen and enhance their skills to ensure further victory against future conquests against the One Sith. The Tarentem Momentum has caused a Growing Flame. It is now time to feed the embers of their flame. The Tarenti's training will test each member individually, but also their work as a team. The regiment has been prepared to model a full assault of One Sith forces on top of a key objective. This training event will also be an assessment and will be used in deciding our next Special Forces team. There must be success or severe failure to end this trial...

Regular rules:

1. 250 word minimum per post.
2. 1000 word maximum per post.
3. Players must post a minimum of 2 times.
4. Players may post as many times as they desire.
5. Edits may occur on a post until a follow on post has been made (follow on posts include "reserving" a space). Only the author may edit their post on the forums. Admin use on the forums during the run on is expressly prohibited for participants.
6. Members may reserve post, but no posts can occur until after the reserved post is written.
7. The event will be graded by Ernordeth and Scion using a rubric that focuses on creativity, plot development, realism, and grammar. The Aedile and Quaestor are free to post their own contributions to move the story along, but are ineligible for placements.
8. Communication is key. You are encouraged to practice key run on strategies and work with each other to ensure continuation.
9. Members failing to post 2 x times per phase will be disqualified and will not be given credit for participating in the event.
10. All posts must be submitted by 23:59EST 27th September, 2013. Any posts after the time limit will not be count towards participation or contribute to the story.
