Medal Request: Dark Cross PRT Sanguinius Tscucyra (10407)

Today I have the honor of requesting Sang's first merit award: a Dark Cross. He has, without direction, been a source of activity and innovation within both his House and Clan. For all of his hard work, I believe he has earned this medal.

In response to challenges of tracking new activity in a concise, comprehensive manner, he devised an activity tracker for members ranked from Apprentice to Jedi Hunter. Thus, allowing me to keep their activity in one, central location that allows greater ease in tracking. The result has been an improved Journeymen retention and engagement rate. He did not stop here, however, he actually went through their dossiers and filled in relevant information: pin#, rank, name, courses, etc. His dedication piqued the interest of the Consul and now, after much effort, reformatted the entire Clan activity tracker.

His new product allows for the archiving of submissions (by participant), results (by competition), and a detailed and dated table that records the monthly achievements of all members. A task he has willingly embraced for the betterment of the entire clan and his fellow members. This is outstanding effort from a Protector and is well deserving of recognition and praise. Thank you for going out of your way to innovate and assist your Roll Master and Consul for the betterment of Clan Plagueis.

These twelve members of Clan Plagueis entered into an event without promise of reward or recognition beyond the event and activity with their clan mates. They shown what clan unity and clan loyalty means. Without these participants the Mirror Mirror Event would have failed. They put their time and effort into the event even waiting through the GJW for the second and third parts to be held. They diligently posted in the RO's and participated in a real time IRC RP something most people say is impossible to coordinate. With their cooperation and enthusiasm not only was Mirror Mirror a massive success, it was a statement to the Brotherhood that Clan Plagueis is strong and here to stay.

It is becuase of this selfless work, and loyalty to the clan, and to myself and Impetus as the hostesses of this event. I am recommending that all the participants of this event that was nearly longer than the GJW itself be awarded the merit award of the Dark Cross. They earned it through pure meritous action in this event.

For participation in creating, discussing, refining and executing Project Reb00t within Clan Arcona. The leaders were required to provide direct, concise feedback on the initial outline, ratify the final copy and execute the plan of action set in place. This involved lots of late night & early morning discussions, lots of e-mails, absurd amounts of contact with subordinate leaders, the honored Arconae and fielding the concerns of the members themselves.

In addition, the House Leaders were required to provide specific visions to their new Team Leads, help shape Team proposals, refine those proposals and present them before the Clan Leaders - Dash & I. It took over a month, but we finally reached pay dirt. Congratulations, guys.

Each member was crucial in helping pick new Clan Force Powers (based in Star Wars canon), helping shape the "Shadesworn" identity (history, overview, specifics), creating & reviewing fictional elements (Shadow Oath fiction, Shadow Disciple fiction, etc), as well as assisting in creation of new administrative tools (clan-wide activity tracker, leadership efficiency tool, shadesworn@gmail, etc). In addition, the discussions stimulated future projects and tightened the margin for error with Project Reb00t.

Everyone did a lot of work and not every question had an easy answer. I am, however, extremely proud of every member whom helped shape the documents and gave it their all.

Sang has been instrumental in the development of HOU's planet New Tython. He wrote the article detailing the geography of the world and has the geological history in the works. He did such a good job I'm not entirely convinced he isn't a professional geologist.

I've known Sang for a long time, and it's truly an honor to have him as a part of my staff. It seems like only yesterday he was leading my House and I looking up at him. After a brief leave for personal issues, he has returned to us in full activity mode, and have been an inspiring example for the younger members of the Brotherhood. As the new Battleteam Leader of Shadow Gate, he wasted no time in digging in and getting to work, reaching out to each and every one of his students. He also took the spearhead on the Arcona Force Wraiths Wiki, encouraging everyone to get their descriptions up for reference in the upcoming battles sure to be fought in the War. I believe he should be rewarded with a Dark Cross for his efforts.

Sang has shown why he has been integral to Arcona in the past. He took it upon himself to compile an extensive and detailed list of all the awards, seals and novae received by each member of Arcona for their work in the GJW. He did this to aid the House and Clan Summits without any want for reward. It is for this reason that I request he be awarded with a Dark Cross.

Sanguinius was a driving force for both Dark Forge and Galeres throughout the Dark Crusade, managing to participate in over half the events throughout the Crusade, racking up two gold noave, two silver novae, and two bronze novae. Besides this, he's been an accessible source within Dark Forge for advice and suggestions on how to motivate the underlin...team members. For his work within the Team and in the Crusade, I'm happy to award him with a Dark Cross.

Since becoming my Magistrate on April 22nd, 2021 during my first round of staff picks as Regent, Sang has been an active member of the Regent Staff in both name and activity. He and Turel have handled the majority of the item aspects that have come in since them, reviewing each carefully to make sure they conform to our specific standards, and isn't afraid to question anyone - including me - on whether something is legit. Sang has been an active fixture in our staff channel, contributing to discussions and conversations and offering his opinion on each subject.

Based on the above, in my opinion Sang is deserving of this Dark Cross and I am proud to be recommending him for it. Congratulations Sang, and keep up the good work. I appreciate it.
