I am proud to recognize the efforts of Jorm 'The Jester' Na'trej today with his first ever Steel Cross. This award represents peer leadership and a desire to see those around you succeed; regardless of title or position. And I believe that Jorm truly leads in House Excidium.

Since his last recognition, Jorm has participated in 40 competitions, logged 1 PvP Match, finished 1 ACC Battle, penned 2 Fiction Activities (8916 words!), and collected several awards: 12 Crescents (1 Cr-R, 2 Cr-A, 2 Cr-S, 3 Cr-E, 4 Cr-T), 12 Clusters of Fire, 22 Clusters of Ice, 11 Clusters of Earth, 12 Clusters of Graphite, and 1 Legion of the Scholar. In addition to this, he penned the transition fiction from Excursion that brought Scholae Palatinae its new Fleet and helped with the recent House Excidium Fiction Update; ensuring continuity and accuracy of the characters within. His fiction 'Swarm Lord' helped set the tone for the 8 page fiction update for the Clan Fleet reset (giving the acquisition of a revamped Fleet depth & meaning). He also was vital to the 10 page update for House Excidium as it rolls out a new Fiction Update for May & June. Last, but not least, Jorm is part of the House Excidium Fleet commission - reviewing our budget of 17 million & helping ensure a solid fleet construct for the House. In addition to his recent success in helping drive our fictional growth, Jorm has also been touching up House & Clan Wiki pages at the request of the Proconsul. His audits ensure that our articles are cleaned up with correct leaders reflected, spelling errors, and broken formatting. Last, but not least, is his leadership in chat. I would be remiss not to say that Jorm keeps a finger on the heartbeat of our membership and shepherds the herd during our peak hours for EU members. Without his constant work, I do not know where Excidium would be today.

Jorm is a fantastic addition to the leadership of Excidium. He maintains consistent presence in Telegram, in competition entries, and quite often makes an appearance at social nights held throughout the clan. Since his last recognition, he has completed 36 competitions. He has also completed 4,043 words of fiction! Since taking on the role of Battle Team Leader for Excidium’s new team, he has been helping with projects, recruitment, and has been organizing competitions for new members to name the team and to help them feel at home. To top it off, he's even helped organize House Excidium's flotilla, wrote paragraphs for cultures of Excidium, and has gathered information to use on CSP's starship page. Thank you for your continued presence, dedication, effort, and perseverance to our Clan and House, Jorm. You’re a fantastic friend. We would not be the same without you. Thank you for stepping up and heading the role of Battle Team Leader to help all our non-assassins feel at home as well. Love ya Jormypoo!

How do I describe Jorm? That's the first question I always ask myself when I do an award review for him. Then I realise I'm overcomplicating things and I can just go over how awesome he is.

Put simply, he is the type that speaks his mind. He's always keeping me on my toes (especially when it comes to my typos in the Taldryan Chat) and his knowledge of possessions have made him one of the members in turn too for knowledge in that area. (He, along with a couple of others, are working on the enemy fleet for the next Taldryan event.)

In terms of activity, Jorm has competed in 39 competitions. He has written over 1000 words for RP, and has earned the following awards;

Last, but by no means least, Jorm was instrumental in providing information on Chyron for members to use and work with in the Pirates of the Saijo RP.

Jorm continues the grind. Not just with terraforming Chyron and being a constant pain in Cass and Anders' side, but with activity numbers.
