Duga recently came to Jac and I asking to award the people who had, over the course of the year, participated the most in the ICTE. He had a list of the people who had participated the most, and at the time he was second on that list, narrowly behind Smoke. Naturally when it came time to award those member who had the highest participation, Duga kept himself off the list so that others could be awarded. This selfless act is a perfect example of Duga's winning attitude and natural leadership. So I have decided that since Duga should have been on the list for participation, he should be awarded accordingly. Even more impressive is the fact that he hasn't just participted in these ICTEs, he's been running them since he took over for Pyralis. If anyone deserves an award for activities involving the ICTE, it is Duga.
