Sai has been a good active member and leader for a long time since his last promotion, working as Rollmaster, Aedile, Quaestor and Deputy Combat Master. He is a pleasant relaxed person and gives helpful advice and cares about his Clan and those around him. He has a good level of constant activity that sets a great example to others. He is a great writer and acc battler and did well in the GJW and Feud and the runons beforehand co-operating with others. We are lucky to have him as Quaestor of Ludo Kressh. I'm of the opinion that our favourite AfroJedi should get a medal based solely on the sheer badassery on display in his ACC match against me, but apparently that isn't enough. So, I feel I should also point out that in the 7 months since I joined the DB, my house has had three Quaestors. Sai has been the first one who has, in my opinion, led our house and actually made an impression. He's constantly encouraged our house and inspired people to get involved, especially in the Feud. His enthusiasm never wanes, despite the fact I know he's dealing with a hell of a lot in real life right now and at times it must be tempting not to bother. On a personal note, his guidance has been invaluable to me since I got a leadership gig. To conclude, I'm definitely in favour of awarding Sai this Steel Cross for his great work as Quaestor. Tsainetomo has been a solidly reliable leader for some time now- one of those guys that you can ask to do something, with the quiet assurance that it will be done. He did a great job trying to motivate his House during the recent Clan Feud, and for that and for his devotion to improving House Ludo Kressh, the Sadow Conclave of September '09 feels that Tsainetomo has more than deserved this Steel Cross. This recc is long over due, and I apologize for this, and Sai I'm extremely sorry for not putting this in earlier. During the Disorder Vendetta, Sai for a short amount of time was the sole leader of House Naga Sadow, encouraging members to take part in the Vendetta, but also leading by his own example of participating in 8 events, and also placing second in Week 1 Poetry, Week 2 Fiction, and Run on event. But also as a small token of my thanks for putting up my craziness during the month of November while I was his Aedile, and also showing being the voice of encouragement to myself, and to the other members of the house.
