Physical Description

Nejj isn't the tallest person in any room, but he's certainly above average. With flexible limbs, he has shoulders drawn slightly wider than his hips and a heavily toned frame. His skin is drawn tight across his musculature due to a low percentage of body fat, betraying his athletic predisposition if the abs didn't give it away. The visible musculature is toned and well-defined, easily flexing beneath his unblemished orange-red skin. His right arm is covered in dark ink, swirling through runes and lines calling back to ancient symbols of the Jedi Order that crawl from his wrist up towards his neck and across half his chest.

Focusing on Nejj's face will reveal a youthful gaze without a hint of scruff. His yellow eyes are spread apart evenly and set shallow in his head, making his features softer. His purple hair is short, yet messy with its curly nature increasing that fact. Add it all together and he can be described as somewhat "baby faced".

The Golden Path (General Aspect)

There is no point in knowledge if it dies with you. Nejj views his deductions of ancient Jedi Orders as the final and greatest interpretation. Taking a zen-like approach to his philosophies, Nejj understands that change can only happen within "the Self". So, he focuses on what he can control first and foremost: himself. Then he can show others the wisdom he has to offer. Reveal the path they have to take. A golden path. All they have to do is follow his steps.

The problem comes when Nejj is a little too forceful in trying to guide others. When his offer of wisdom falls on deaf and even defiant ears. In those cases, Nejj gathers more antagonists than allies.

As The Ancient Masters Would Say (General Aspect)

Nejj is an eager student when it comes to the philosophies of the ancient Jedi Orders. To this end, he has researched and consumed as much literature he can get his hands on. Of course, self-learning does not always go well. He has drawn his own conclusions based on his studies and his interpretations, even those that may be false. He is also all too eager to form new idioms and proverbs based on his conclusions. Those phrases will readily leave his lips as gospel of truth, whether to reinforce his own actions or to influence those of others.

The problem is, many don't respond well to hokey religions and ancient weapons, even if those weapons happen to be words. Nejj will fail to ingratiate himself towards others and get to the point where his repetition of the "ancient masters' knowledge" will actively frustrate even his companions.

It'll Be "Fine" (Personality Aspect)

Nejj's naivete often guides him into situations out of his depth more often than not. In those cases, he has always leaned on his ability to just keep talking and, either through divine providence or even the alleged pheromones of the Zeltrons, things would generally end up going his way. His mind grasped onto those instances and solidified an unwavering belief that "it'll be fine" so long as he just keeps talking, no matter how dire the situation. In truth, he is often oblivious to the reactions of those around him—tagging on 'Miss' or 'Mister' to their name in an attempt to enhance their calm—and even his most well-meaning offers end up digging a deeper hole.

As a result, Nejj remains supremely confident that things will always go his way, even when it's not...especially when it's not. Still, sometimes everything really does turn out fine. But usually not.

Bless His Heart (Personality Aspect)

Nejj has difficulty taking things seriously, preferring to view life as something to be enjoyed in a carefree way. He embraces laziness and a lackadaisical approach to the world because it lets him just slow down and have fun. He also tries not to think too much about things if he doesn't have to, falling back on his self-defined doctrines of Force philosophies. This creates a perception around him that he is accident prone, or believes himself to be more effective than he is as Nejj won't hesitate to declare that he is a skilled fighter with the Force to back it up. It's far easier to reconcile his antics by viewing his words as delusions rather than the truth.

For Nejj, this undermines his efforts completely. If others think he's always out of his mind, they'll never take him at face value when it comes time to be serious.

Stop Trying To Hit Me And Hit Me (Combat Aspect)

Nejj's ideals focus on being the change he wants to see in the world. This extends to his approach to combat. At the outset, his focus remains on being utterly still within his "Self" and unmoving, acting as a teacher by example for his opponent. He will focus on subduing them and conveying his knowledge, demonstrating his philosophies, rather than simply defeating them in a display of skill—whether willing students or otherwise. This ends up with Nejj holding back the full breadth of his abilities in the interest of containing a target. The lesson, once started, won't end so easily.

This gives opponents a distinct advantage at the beginning of a fight if they can exploit his "slow start" through overwhelming force, before Nejj resolves himself towards actually fighting.

Nerf This (Combat Aspect)

When it's time to get serious and fight, Nejj doesn't hold back in the slightest. Overkill is the only way to go once he starts going, mostly because he has two settings: slow and maximum. There's no inbetween and Nejj gets a little plus ultra. Employing his martial arts skills combined with both a myriad of Telekinetic skills and Barrier for protection, Nejj seeks to crash over his opponent with maximum impact. Why prolong a fight if it can be ended with a single, super-charged punch?

This dedicated application of the Force leaves Nejj overexerted if he isn't able to end the fight quickly, or his concentration is shaken. In expending so much power, Nejj has to tap into the Living Force and re-energize himself, providing foes with an opportunity to exploit.
