I am recommending Tahlrada for a promotion to the rank of Defender. Having joined Odan-Urr six months ago, Tahlrada has done significant work to develop his character history on the wiki. Building a character to follow the path of Light.

Since his last promotion 10 months ago he has participated in 9 competitions, earning a Dark Cross, as well as multiple crescents and Clusters of Ice and Fire, as well as activity on IRC and ventrilo.

The only gap in the guidelines for the promotion is lack of the Core exam as a Jedi which is currently unavailable through the Shadow Academy, however while a Dark Jedi he completed the Obelisk core to complete this necessary requirement in the past.

For all these reasons listed above I make this recommendation for an elevation in rank to Defender. I look forward to seeing your further development as a Jedi and continue to grow in power as a guardian of peace and justice.
