Daniel Stephens is a very communicative AED, I must say so very much. I will tell you, his email turn around time is faster than anyone I have ever seen - 3-6 hours at most. WOW! He is also very willing to help out when I'm working on a project. It is his total willingness to hear your side of things, then calmly and masterfully present his own, that makes him an inspiration to myself and others within the ranks. His constant email presence virtually makes up for time in RL where he can't always get on IRC to chat live. I am very grateful to have him on my Summit; I wouldn't consider choosing anyone else unless it could be avoided. Dan is a great leader, and in time, Satal Keto and all of Plagueis will see the friendship and dedication he brings to his job, and those around him. He's attained several medals (CR-Q, CR-E, i believe) recently, and inspires others to try their best, no matter what. I am ever thankful to have him, and it is needed that I present this to him.
