Mirado has been operating incommunicado with me for the better part of two months. I gave him vague instructions before losing my regular access to the internet and he has gone above and beyond anything I expected of him. MIrado has been requesting and grading competitions along the lines of the character development criteria I set out. I've read of the enthusiasm for his competition on Clan and House mailing lists. He's also been diligent in putting this out in time and getting the result back in a quick manner. He also took it upon himself, without direction, to publish two VOICE reports himself to keep the membership posted on the fictional on-goings of the club.

Now that I return from my hiatus I wish to reward my Praetor for the incredible work he put in during my absence. This Grand Cross is recognition of his dedication and self-direction in pursuit of excellence for an extended period of time. My thanks to you, Mirado.
