Primary reason: Completed Advancement Surveys are a wonderful tool for club leaders to understand how our newer members are experiencing the club. However, it's very rare for a single survey response to lead to a change in how we do business. As documented in my latest report, Arshus gave me some specific feedback on how our autograded DB Fundamentals exams do and don't work for new members. I was able to take his suggestion to James, who recoded how those exams are graded. Going forward, we'll be developing exams that provided more detailed feedback even if they're site graded.
