He also came highly recommended for the rank of Epis, but again, being a non-summit member, I was forced to deny him his promotion. Once again, under advisement from DGM Mairin, I would like to recommend Anshar be awarded the Grand Cross. After a review of his past achievements, it has come to my attention that Anshar has done everything from building and maintaining websites, to serving as AED, to submitting works to the Dark Voice.
