Since hiring Vexer as the Satal Victus battleteam leader she has done a good job with keeping track of her members activity, writing weekly reports, communicating with her members, making competition, and attempting to boost the morale of her team which will initially boost the morale of the House and eventually the Clan. Everything works in a chain pattern and I can honestly say that she will help this House a great deal, more so then she already has. She is shaping up to be a good leader and I'm pleased to have her on the Staff. If anything, thing's will improve and I will have her to thank ~ QUA Que<br> <br> -----<br> <br> Since attaining BTL, Vexer has performed brillantly. She has been in continual contact with her team and has created an useful report format. With Vexer's continual dedication to her team, there is no doubt it will excellent. ~PCON, KAP Orzon<br> <br> -----<br> <br> Guardian Vexer has been serving as Commander of the BT Satal Victus and is doing a fine job of it. He is boosting activity ratings slowly but shurely, assisting in the House Summint's goal of creating a more active House. Through all of this Vexer is has also been continuing his active state which was one of the deciding factors when he was chosen as Commander. During the short time I have been Vexer's AED, I believe he is more than deserving of a Dark Cross and I am proud to recommend that he recieve one ~ AED Sunflash<br> <br> -----<br> <br> Vexer has only been Battle Team Leader a short time, but in that time she has done a great job. Already she has been releasing reports, getting in contact with the members, running competitions, and is currently working on writing the history of Ex-Battle Team Keto's Vengeance. She is also very active outside of leadership IRC-wise, despite her location causing time problems, as well as through email and competition participation. During the month of October this member has been on of the active forces within the House, participating in no less than 15 competitions, and garnering herself 12 crescents ranging from Quartz to Sapphire. <br> <br> She has also fought in seven ACC fights, taken 4 SA courses and has also been training under her Battleteam Leader for possible leadership one day. I would also like to point out that even though she has <br> not received a reward for her actions in almost 2 months she has yet to faulter in her activity. I applaud her for her work within the House. <br> <br> OP Daniel Stephens, Aedile<br> <br> I am remiss that this great House member has been overlooked for two whole months of service and activity! Her level of achievement is amazing in not only the volume of participation, but its quality.<br> <br> The HSK Aedile, Daniel Stephens has already illuminated the specific details of Vexer's contributions and merits for this award. I'd just like to add that Vexer has also been one of the few members to stay in good contact with myself via email as well as her BTL.
