Who cares? If they are of such weak character then Arcona isn't the place for them anyway - especially if they were coerced by the likes of the suspected individual. I have always had the "If you don't like it...there's the door" mentality because too much time is wasted trying to coddle members who aren't worth two drops of monkey piss to begin with - but, I digress...</td> </tr> <tr> <td> </td> </tr> <tr> <td>Leadership. Everyone has a different idea of what a leader is, but a fact in the DB is that a person who is a great RL leader may not be worth squat here - I'm a perfect example of that. I am where I am because I'm a worker and I can do what I'm told, and I'm motivated and dedicated to this club - NOT because I'm a great leader in the DB. My Real Life tactics don't really work here because everyone is here of their own free will and they will only adhere to an approach that feeds what they believe a leader should have. If your idea of a leader and your buddy's idea of a leader are different - then you will both react differently to this club. The staples of a leader do have some basic roots - but even in real life they are CLOSELY related to a 'con artist'. In RL if I can get you to do what I want, and have you wanting to do it - then I'm a good leader. A Con Artist will make you want to get involved with them and fulfill their desires...there isn't much difference between the two. The difference between RL and the DB is one single aspect...you. Your leaders WANT you to participate and succeed, always - whereas an RL leader might not really care as long as their ends are met. Yes, in the DB if you participate, the Clan looks good, your leaders look good and you look good - everyone wins. We WANT you to have fun here... we WANT you to succeed... We WANT you to be the next DJK's, QUA's, CON's DC members...we WANT all of that FOR you - but we can't do any of it if you don't participate and become a part of the Clan. It's coming a long. We're pretty much just building it now and giving it some structure, but it never takes much time after initial construction.
