House Tridens of Clan Tarentum

Dark Greetings Tridens,

The past week was quiet in activity within the House, as stated in the GM report this is a slow period in the Dark Brotherhood, with people going back to school and RL schedules. Also the clan competition has been put on hold until Anshar comes back and gives us more details. Despite the low turnout in competitions we still have some very active members. Our latest member Maaz Inglet who joined us as a new Apprentice less than two weeks ago has been promoted to Novice and passed five SA exams, Great Job!

At this time we have only two house competitions currently running, “Logo for Tridens” and “Who said That." There are also three DB wide competitions out.

For those who game the Jedi Knight series is now available for download from Steam.

Logo for Tridens

House Tridens is in need of a new logo. The task is to create a graphic of the new Tridens logo, the design is of your choosing, but remember that it reflects Tridens as a whole. The most creative logo will be chosen as the winning design.

At the end of my Quaestor reports I will be posting a famous quote. Your task will be to email me the name of the person who said that. The first three to email get 3, 2, 1 points for 1st, 2nd and 3rd respectively. At the end of the competition, top three players get 5th level Crescents.

A Picture is worth 1000 words

Or so they say, the competition is simple, there is a picture I have placed online, and you go to it and look at it and write a star wars story based on the picture you see. The catch is this; it has to be 1000 words, not 999, not 1001. Let’s see if the age old adage of a picture is worth a thousand words is true. Picture is at http://img16.imageshack.us/img16/1396/sithholocron.gif. Look at it and write me your story. There is no limit on time period, place, persons, as long as it’s Star Wars your good to go. Brotherhood Puzzle Master

This is going to be a series of 4 puzzles, each will have approximately 2 weeks time for people to attempt. The puzzles will test knowledge about the Brotherhood, Star Wars, and Star Wars related Media. The puzzles will be completed either on a webpage, or will be written in a text document, which will be emailed back to me, and graded. The Locations of the puzzles will be announced on clan emails as they are released.
