The mechanics of the races, allows you to affect the race outcome by participation in the following ways.
Fiction comps: Taking part in the fiction competitions allows you to choose to support either a racer or sponsor with your writing, by doing so the supported racer gains 1 point in the race.
Puzzle comps: by doing any race puzzles will give all racers .25 points.
Discord Roleplay: there will be a casual Discord Roleplay that will start with the races, here people can come and roleplay casually how their character watches the races, upon joining the roleplay, within the OOC tab please say which racer you are supporting or if just watching races. This is because every 100 words the player writes during the run of the roleplay will give their racer or all racers .15 points.
As submissions come in from competitions associated with the races I will update racer positions as the racing progresses. I am also going to do either a weekly or daily word count in the roleplay and update racer positions to give a somewhat live view of the race as it progresses.

Zorga’s Glory
A sleek race skiff, its hull is made from Kashyyyk Wroshyr wood, all metal is gold plated and its sails are white with a gold inlay of Zorga’s crest. Crew:

Ashen Hawk
Named after the leadership of Naga Sadow, it's dark gray hull has a hawk figure head, its wings sweeping back on each side leading to a dark purple racing stripe down its side, its sails are a light gray bearing the crest of Marka Ragnos inlay. The Ashen Hawk is a sail skiff that incorporates a unique sail configuration resembling the wings of a bird. Its avian-inspired design enables it to catch wind currents with exceptional efficiency, making it a symbol of both elegance and speed on the sail skiff racing circuit.

Luna-Sea
The Luna-Sea has a ebony hull made from wood sourced right from Aeotheran itself all its metal fixtures are chrome that accents its lightweight design for swift maneuverability. Its sleek frame and aerodynamic sails catch even the slightest breeze, allowing it to glide effortlessly over the racecourse. The ship's minimalist design enhances its speed, making it a favorite among agile pilots, its sails are black bearing a purple Shar Dakhan Crest inlay.

The Long Haul

I look forward to seeing how the race turns out and am excited to finally bring them to life here in the Dark Jedi Brotherhood. Hopefully one day I will bring pod racing as well but the skiff sail races are a slower pace to test mechanics and improve with more races I do in future. The competitions will start on the 19th of may and run for two weeks.

Now to the business of our great house, Shar Dakhan!

The house has been pretty active since my last report, gaining a few trophies, rank, and society changes. We even got a new member back in March. There are lots of competitions to jump into and more on the way so let's keep having fun and keep those awards rolling in.
