While Albanos Crumb will see a job through to its conclusion and put forward his best effort, it’s still just a job. Albanos Crumb's true loyalties lie to his friends, and through thick and thin,he will stand by them and die for them if needed. This loyalty is reserved for those who have earned Albanos Crumb's trust, putting him at odds with other Mercenaries that are only doing a job for the money. This also makes it harder for employers to trust his motives, often times creating extra competition and difficulty finding work. None of it matters to Albanos Crumb, though, because loyalty to his friends is not something credits can buy.

Albanos Crumb can be very protective, and when any of his friends are being bullied or threatened, he will step in to defend them. This can gets Albanos Crumb in trouble when he refuses to back down during these exchanges, and sometimes has trouble discerning between friendly teasing and intentional insults. However, because of this fierce loyalty, his friends know that no matter what, Albanos Crumb will be there for them.

Albanos Crumb is not afraid to exploit any advantage or position of power he has when dealing with others, and relies on a combination of fear, intimidation, manipulation and shows of strength to convince others to compromise and lose. Albanos Crumb can be quite callous in his dealings with others, and never gives up his power. This has earned Albanos Crumb with the reputation of a “bully” and can often make negotiations difficult before they even begin.

The Sith rely on their passions to give them strength. Albanos Crumb thinks inwards, only of things that matter to him, and always does what is in his best interests. He feels nothing about hurting others, or exploiting opportunities, and believes himself to be special, and above all others.

Albanos Crumb possesses a single minded drive for victory, and a deep-seated martyr complex. When presented with a chance to wade into battle versus overwhelming odds, Albanos Crumb does not hesitate, and instead rushes in, relying on skill, fate or chance to let him survive.

Albanos Crumb is utterly devoted to success in combat, no matter the mission, no matter the cost. He has spent his life building himself in the image of war, utilizing a dogmatic regimen that has lead him to a single-minded obsession with military success and requires intense physical and mental training. This training, however, has come at the cost of anything resembling empathy or concern for others - even his superiors and subordinates.
