Age: 31 years - Right Handed
Physical Description

Jamella Starkos is a striking woman, with high cheekbones, fair skin, and other otherwise desirable features that are marred with scars and extensive cybernetic replacements and implants. She is the product of several rare genetic traits—green irises and a fiery mane of red hair—which are often hidden beneath the helmet of her office. Once cropped short in a multitude of styles, these locks and tresses now cascade over her shoulders. Her figure can be best described as lean, toned and full-figured as a reflection of rigorous training. Large scars criss-cross her chest and abdomen, which are otherwise devoid of smaller wounds that have healed over time.

The remnants of a disabled First Order compliance implant remain attached to the right side of her head—a permanent disfigurement that although harmless, could not be removed entirely. Her right arm has been replaced by a sleek technocratic replacement with silver plating, while her left is disfigured and pallid—the result of failed surgeries and bacta treatments to save the dying limb.

'Corrective Methods' (General Aspect)

While once adverse to the notion, Jamella Starkos is an effective interrogator. Having undergone 'corrections' herself, the guilt of torture—both mental and physical—no longer weighs on her conscious. Instead, she is a sadist both commended and feared for her results. Derived from methods she had learned under the First Order's training programme, she is creative with her use of tools and techniques to extract information from an individual. Traitors, and those convicted of insubordination or a direct refusal of orders are often dealt with according to harsher methods to correct their behaviour. Those who cannot be rehabilitated are either met with execution or worse fates as Jamella Starkos is not adverse to using cybernetic constructs that ensure loyalty to the Iron Throne.

I'm Just The Messenger (General Aspect)

Whether on the front lines of a battle or delivering a public decree, Jamella Starkos has been trained to serve as the Dark Council's voice in their absence. An emmisary of sorts, Jamella Starkos refuses to remove her helmet around subordinates and superiors alike—for her presence carries a physical threat against insubordination against the Dark Council's wishes. Projected across the visor's helmet, while on assignment she is able to deliver pre-recorded orders, information and speeches directly from the Dark Council to their intended audience. While the orders are not her own, the duty of ensuring that messages do not go unanswered often falls onto her shoulders, and thus failure is either monitored or met with direct punishment.

A Beautiful Monster (Personality Aspect)

Jamella Starkos, for all of her augments, is adverse to having parts of herself replaced, altered or removed. While her right arm has been replaced with a technocratic limb in order to retain her full combat abilities, she loathes the loss of her own organic flesh and views such alterations as monsterous and undesirable. Disfigured and pallid as a result of a now-dormant flesh-eating virus, she has refused the same treatment to her left arm, even while various surgeries, synthflesh graftings and bacta treatments—to which she is allergic—have failed to reverse the tissue damage. The effects of losing so much of herself has affected her personality, as she is now envious of those who bear no similar abnormalities, often inflicting on her victims cyborg constructs similar to those that the First Order grafted to her skull out of jealousy or spite. Likewise, she detests those who seek cybernetics outright, voluntarily and without the loss of a functioning limb. Even though she remains beautiful through most conventional standards, Jamella Starkos believes herself a monster—a label that her victims would agree with.

Reformed Guardsman (Personality Aspect)

Jamella Starkos is no stranger to insubordination and the threats that it carries. A former trainee under the First Order's training programme, Jamella Starkos broke directive in refusing to resort to torture. As a result, she had undergone several months of the same fate herself, before being outfitted with a cybernetic implant inhibiting her personality. While the implant could not be removed, the Brotherhood's greatest technicians with access to datastores of Collective technologies were able to neutralize the device safely, restoring Jamella Starkos' personality. However, traces of it are lost, including a will to turn against her newfound superiors in the Grand Master's Royal Guard.

The Interrogator's Arsenal (Combat Aspect)

Trained in the arts of torture and interrogation, Jamella Starkos uses these tools in conjunction with her more conventional combat abilities to exert her sadistic tendencies over her victims in the midst of combat. Known to administer concentrated doses of truth-telling drugs and pain amplifiers in combat as much as she does in the interrogation chamber, Jamella Starkos seeks to "break" an opponent long before the need to subdue and collar them arises. While her intentions towards prisoners are nevertheless cruel, her aversion to outright killing those who she might see as a potential source of further information can prove troublesome against those tolerant of poisons, leading to difficulties when she is forced to depend on more "mechanical" measures of restraint.

Praetorian Form (Combat Aspect)

Even the most gifted of weapon masters understands the importance of physical fitness and disciplining the body with through martial arts training. Jamella Starkos has trained vigorously in unarmed combat by fusing Teräs Käsi and Echani with other unconventional forms. While this martial focus helps bolster her prowess in close-quarters combat, Jamella Starkos is still limited in scope when facing down a less direct or ranged threat.
