Yula Sage's skills as a medic are not just limited to holo-books and lectures. She has read up and practiced a handful of experimental treatments while inventing a few home remedies of her own. This allows Yula Sage to work outside the box in less than ideal situations, and can lead to her solving mysteries other trained medics might struggle with. This, of course, comes with its own string of failures, as nothing is ever perfect. That, and some of the more established professionals in the field often doubt or question Yula Sage's alternative practices. She typically brushes them off in favor of doing everything she can to help a patient, but does quietly seek recognition for accomplishments as a healer.

While Yula Sage will see a job through to its conclusion and put forward her best effort, it’s still just a job. Yula Sage's true loyalties lie to her friends, and through thick and thin,she will stand by them and die for them if needed. This loyalty is reserved for those who have earned Yula Sage's trust, putting her at odds with other Mercenaries that are only doing a job for the money. This also makes it harder for employers to trust her motives, often times creating extra competition and difficulty finding work. None of it matters to Yula Sage, though, because loyalty to her friends is not something credits can buy.

Yula Sage has a military background, and draws upon her experience to tackle the obstacles in her life. This makes her decisive, efficient, and fearless; provides her with a strong sense of duty and strength; which tends to influence her ability to fight and lead. However, a rigid mind is less compassionate towards individuals and less imaginative, and Yula Sage sometimes risks appearing callous, relatable, or incapable of compromising.

While generally laid back and more than happy to offer a quip of sarcasm, Yula Sage's entire demeanor changes once combat begins. She becomes focused and quiet, with her smile replaced with a look of grim determination.

Yula Sage will never go into any situation head-on. Whether it be combat or just strolling down the street, she will stick to the shadows or cloak themselves in the Force. The less they are seen the better. If they cannot sneak up on someone, then Yula Sage will not bother confronting them.

Yula Sage doesn't like to kill people; instead she chooses to injure her opponent until that person is unable to fight back or is otherwise incapacitated.
