Physical Description

Samantha is an average, healthy child, standing at a typical height and weight and with rosy cheeks and little, tireless limbs. She has pale tan skin, baby-soft save for the bottoms of her usually bare feet and hands, which are quickly developing calluses from her daily rough play and ongoing training, and is unblemished save for three small circular scars on her right arm. Her oriental eyes are warm brown-black coals glimmering above her smiling cheeks, often scrunched up into tiny raisins while she laughs or glaring mightily like a little warrior queen going into battle. The little girl's waist-length, silken, utterly straight raven hair is usually pulled up into pigtails and tied with ribbons that it quickly falls out of as she runs about. She's always sporting a bit of dirt, scraped knees, or colorful cartoon bandages somewhere on her small person.

She's Trying to Speak to Me, I Know It! (General Aspect)

Sammy has trouble with many of her words due to environmental causes; how the people around her spoke. Having spent most time with her mother — who fell into lazy gutter-talk at home but at any given time moment could immediately switch into a different speech pattern, a different accent or dialect altogether — in combination with how properly her father always spoke, and all the other people they were around, Sammy was exposed to just too much confusion at first. She is slowly learning and relearning all her sounds, and thus much further behind in speaking than her actual intelligence and learning level. It makes her accent from her parents' more pronounced, as she has most difficulty with her Leth's, making them into Resh's, and often skips whole letters and phonemes altogether, making her notoriously hard to understand, even to her relatives.

The Greatest Gift and Honor (General Aspect)

Sammy is the daughter of both her parents, and seems to display the best of both of them. She has a courageous and loyal heart, a quicksilver, clever cunning, and a will to never give up; or a stubbornness to shame rocks, depending on one's point of view. She loves and adores her parents endlessly and is proud of them, as well as those who are included in her family, like their friends. Still, she is only a child, and these qualities are mixed in with an impressive love of snack time and playtime and a hatred of naps. Not much of one for a temper despite her parentage, Sammy gets incredibly sullen when she is denied her way.

I'm No Princess, I'm a Shieldmaiden! (Personality Aspect)

Sammy isn't fond of much appropriate for her by most Human cultural standards, and isn't one to sit idly by or be pampered. Energetic and fiercely protective, she has declared that she'll be a knight when she grows up. This attitude isn't just limited to wargames with her many trainers and stuffed animals and toy battle strategies, though; Sammy shows frequent concern for others, sensitive to their anxieties in the Force, and her solution to any distress she senses is to put herself between a person and its source and whack it until it goes away, even if that means hitting the person themselves.

Nevertheless, Samantha has been mostly protected in her life and is still plenty scared of her own nightmares and frights. But she will stand up to them, no matter how big or scary any stranger she meets might be...even when she should really be running.

It's My Destiny (Personality Aspect)

Sammy admires her father with great esteem, and wants to be a "Jedi" just like him and some of her other heroes, including Jedi as well as several Sith. She is actively growing into the concept of being a Force-user, and while easily bored by ideologies, she knows this one truth: she's going to bear a lightsaber one day, and with it do great things and protect others.

Though easily distracted by long lectures about her interests compared to "active" learning, Sammy does try to pay attention to her many teachers' lessons. Her parents' tendency to be honest with her about anything she asks, no matter how harsh the truth, and to engage in teaching her things she may be too young to learn, however, does leave the child with an overinflated sense of responsibility, and a bit too much confidence too; she takes rejection and failure very badly emotionally.

Mommah Said Knock You Out! (Combat Aspect)

Sammy has learned exactly this from her mother: to punch her problems in the face, and then "'repeat as necessary, until your problems are spitting up their frakking teeth.'" Despite not having a temper, Sammy is a very physical child, both in expressing affection, in exerting her energy during play or training, in making clear her displeasure, and in just plain moving around. Add in her inborn connection to the Force, and she makes for one ridiculously amble child, both consciously and unconsciously amplifying her movements to leap up onto furniture or buildings or into people, or to smack at nearby objects when frustrated. This tendency to hit has become troublesome for any encounters in which restrained behavior is expected from the girl, as she struggles to channel her babyish aggression into the discipline that is expected of her as the warrior she wants to be.

Here to Burn Your Kingdom Down (Combat Aspect)

Despite her rambunctiousness and seemingly short attention span, Sammy is shaping into a surprisingly keen strategist, much like her father, learning many hunting, naval, and military tactics from various tutors and even a Force Ghost. Sammy likes to stage mock hunts and small army engagements with her toys and any other willing participants, and will happily challenge anyone to either a fight or a game of holochess. She also notices a tendency to get her way more often if she says or does certain things with certain people, a budding hint of either a manipulator or a commander; and she's starting to learn carefulness, though her parents' paranoia hasn't succeeded in sticking in the slightest.

Still, a child is a child, and while Sammy may surprise with an accurate identification of a battle group formation, she's still only learning, and can get into trouble trying to get what she wants.
