Lektra Kendis is extremely competitive and strives to become the best at every task she is given. The benefit of this cutthroat approach to life and work is that she will always give 100%, pushing herself to her physical or mental limits to overcome any task. However, Lektra Kendis’s overzealous ambition makes her insufferable to all but the most patient of companions, making it difficult to make friends while she either proves successful or utterly fails at being the best.

Lektra Kendis can be very protective, and when any of her friends are being bullied or threatened, she will step in to defend them. This can gets Lektra Kendis in trouble when she refuses to back down during these exchanges, and sometimes has trouble discerning between friendly teasing and intentional insults. However, because of this fierce loyalty, her friends know that no matter what, Lektra Kendis will be there for them.

Lektra Kendis manages to always see the down side to every silver-lining, joyous occasion, or victory. Where some may see a boon, Lektra Kendis will often see the curse accompanying it, just around the corner.Lektra Kendis's constant pessimism can often lead to conflict and the annoyance of those around her, not to mention the dampening of spirits. However, this mindset is not without its benefits, for a pessimist is far more likely to be prepared for the worst and be left unscathed by it - after all, none are more prepared for the worst case scenario than the ones expecting it all along.

Lektra Kendis prefers to push the rules to the absolute limit. While she is unlikely to actually break rules or disobey orders, she toes the line between what is allowed and what isn't at every opportunity.

Without the gift of the Force, Lektra Kendis has trained rigorously with a wide range of melee weaponry and technology to better handle opponents that are able to harness the mythical power. Lektra Kendis has been conditioned to fight against foes that are Force-sensitive and are able to compensate against fighting an adversary wielding something as deadly as a lightsaber. While this adaptive combat training makes her lethal in close quarters combat against any kind of threat, they are still at the mercy of a long ranged fighter, assailant or Force user that prefers to attack the mind instead of the body.

Lektra doesn't just like beating her opponents, she takes a sick, sadistic pleasure in beating them into as bloody a pulp as possible under the weight of her knuckles.

Through Shokboxing, Shadow Step, and Whiptree she finds a release for her aggression as she attempts to grab, flip, and overpower her opponents whether through sheer force or athleticism. She never stays in one place during a fight, always moving around with various jumps and flips.

However, Lektra runs the risk of overindulgence in a fight, when she should have ended it right when she could have, leaving her open. If for whatever reason she can't dominate over her opponents, then she keeps trying, even if it potentially risks her life.
