Soren Dral Lamavès sees herself as the control subject in the science experiment called life. Often labeled as "boring" and "predictable", Soren Dral Lamavès keeps her wild and experimental side reserved for pet projects. This boring lifestyle leads to her being considered anti-social and when she does join others, instead of relaxing she prefers to keep quiet and observe.

Soren Dral Lamavès's skills as a medic are not just limited to holo-books and lectures. She has read up and practiced a handful of experimental treatments while inventing a few home remedies of her own. This allows Soren Dral Lamavès to work outside the box in less than ideal situations, and can lead to her solving mysteries other trained medics might struggle with. This, of course, comes with its own string of failures, as nothing is ever perfect. That, and some of the more established professionals in the field often doubt or question Soren Dral Lamavès's alternative practices. She typically brushes them off in favor of doing everything she can to help a patient, but does quietly seek recognition for accomplishments as a healer.

Soren Dral Lamavès has been patching up the wounded for years as a Medic and has come to the conclusion that more often than not, the injuries are either self inflicted or deserved. While she will always work tirelessly on behalf of her patient in an ongoing quest to preserve all life, that doesn’t stop her from scolding or belittling patients that she feels should know better than to walk into a rancor pit with a bucket of raw meat. Soren Dral Lamavès teeters on the line between compassion and supporting selective evolution, which can make her come off as less friendly or inviting than other medics.

Soren Dral Lamavès is a lateral thinker, and when she encounters problems or dilemmas, she is very good at improvising and coming up with alternative solutions. This allows Soren Dral Lamavès to find ways out of situations others might give up on. While these solutions are often not so obvious to others, Soren Dral Lamavès can typically explain and lead others through her plan...as long as they are patient and willing enough to trust her outside thinking.

Instead, when forced to fight, Soren Dral Lamavès will use her surgical scalpels and anesthetics (poisons) to attempt to injure and incapacitate opponents. This requires her to get extremely close to her attackers and leaves her vulnerable to more maritally-inclined fighters and ranged specialists.

Sometimes the only way to prepare for the worst is to always expect it. Soren Dral Lamavès takes this philosophy one step further by never leaving home without accounting for every possible scenario she might expect to encounter. Soren Dral Lamavès tends to always have the right tool or item for a situation and has a habit of quietly and almost smugly presenting solutions before anyone even recognizes there is a problem. This foresight is far from infallible, however, and she often finds herself at a loss in situations that go beyond what she could have imagined. While incredibly practical and often a life-saver in a pinch, her perpetually pessimistic outlook on daily life can be a bit draining on more optimistic-inclined companions.
