A shell of the man he once was, Appius Wight is unnaturally tall and gangly, thanks mostly to cybernetics replacing both of his legs and both of his arms. He sports an average human build for what remains of the rest of his body.
Appius has a pale complexion that gives his bright blue eyes a piercing sheen. His ashen brown hair is disheveled and messy.
On his face is a very faint, light stubble, the same colour as his hair which is hard to see unless you are up close.
There is a long, diagonal scar above his hip on the left side of his body located where his left kidney used to be.
He retains a burn mark over his right shoulder which extends to his forearm. It has mostly faded, but still shows visible signs of scarring up close.
Next, he has a small, circular scar on his lower abdomen which was the result of a lightsaber wound.
The flesh that connects around his cybernetics is notably paler than the rest of his body. There are notable cuts and bruises scattered along his torso, chest, and upper back.
Stripped from the majority of his previous power, Appius Wight has had no choice but to turn to the one thing that can bring him any sense of identity; his Mandalorian heritage.
Sure, he's never been the best Mandalorian, but he's certainly one of the most infamous in the Brotherhood, earning him the moniker of "Mandaboo."
He wears the armor, speaks the language, contributes to his Clan's welfare, answers the call of the Manda'lor when required.
His confidence in himself has taken a hit, though his stubbornness refuses to let him fall. He will fight on, move on.
This is the Way.
Make no mistake about it, Appius knows he's damn lucky to be alive, given the broken state of his body.
Unfortunately, his cybernetics, as helpful and efficient as they are, are also the only thing keeping him alive. Unless he is placed in a tank filled with bacta, the only way he can breathe is in his custom designed armor. He's in constant niggling and nagging pain if he does not receive regular treatment for his injuries.
Some might argue that, thanks to his cybernetics, he's faster and stronger than he's ever been. That might be true physically. Mentally and spiritually? That's a different matter.
Whilst it does mean he is rather easy to manipulate, Appius is a man of his word. No matter what it is, if he says he's gonna do something for you, he'll do it. No questions asked. People often find him reliable and likeable for this very reason. He's just so goddamn trustworthy. Little do they realise that's just part of his Mandalorian code of conduct.
He might be a bit of a goofball at times, but that's just Appius Wight in a nutshell.
He is the type of guy that always wears his heart on his sleeve, and rarely, if ever, hides his emotions, pretty much because he's terrible at it.
Sometimes, he can be calm, and at other times ill-tempered, but he usually means well. He tries to be an honourable man and Mandalorian.
His childish tendencies, however, can be off-putting to those who don't know him very well, and can easily be misunderstood as immature by the wrong person.
You can take the lightning out of the man, but you can't take the man out of the lightning.
In combat, Appius utilises a variety of electrical themed weaponry at his disposal in an attempt to shock, incapacitate, or downright kill his opponent. Hey! He has a reputation to uphold, after all.
Nowadays, however, electricity is a double-edged sword to Appius. Whilst he's usually careful with his own weaponry. Electricity that strikes him from other weapons or Force Lightning can short-circuit his cybernetics, leaving him incapacitated at best, or downright choking and gasping for air at worst.
Once Appius is dedicated to the hunt, he's a man on a mission. With almost unwavering stubborness, he sees through an objective to the absolute bitter end, no matter what it is.
Some might find this commendable, others will say its foolhardy and reckless. Appius doesn't know when he should quit, which can lead him into circumstances where he's outgunned, outmatched, and outclassed.
