Physical Description

Nox Eldar stands at just over six feet tall with a lean, athletic build shaped by years of physical training. Their body is compact but clearly efficient—each movement purposeful, with wiry muscle definition rather than bulk. Their skin is a medium tan tone, sun-marked in places. Across their left shoulder and down the ribcage are faint scars from an older plasma burn, healed but never forgotten.

Their face is angular, with a sharp jawline and high cheekbones, the kind that’s always slightly tense. Eyes are a deep slate grey, almost metallic. A small, barely visible scar cuts through the right eyebrow, a relic from early training. Their nose is straight but slightly offset, having clearly been broken and set more than once.

Nox keeps their black hair short on the sides and longer on top, often tousled and grown out just enough to hint at neglect rather than style. A faint shadow of stubble usually clings to their jaw.

Their hands are calloused, knuckles rough from repeated use.

Blind Optimist (General Aspect)

Every legendary story seems to have at least one charming and optimistic character. If that's the case, then it only makes sense that Nox "Gravemark" Eldar has decided to be that person. After all, if everyone is too busy whining and groaning about the negatives, how will anyone ever reach the positive? True, Nox "Gravemark" Eldar's constant belief that things will get better can be terribly grating, especially to pessimists or those just level-headed enough to realize when things truly are going downhill, but Nox "Gravemark" Eldar's constant positive outlook can serve to sometimes spur others to action when it feels like the world just wants them to lay down and die.

Circuit-Brained (General Aspect)

Nox "Gravemark" Eldar loves to play with computers and enjoys interacting with them more than he does with people. Some may call him antisocial - and they'd be right.

Just Plain Selfish (Personality Aspect)

Nox "Gravemark" Eldar rarely acts without an alternate motive when it comes to lending aid or acting in a situation. Be it greed, power, or something else, almost undoubtedly Nox "Gravemark" Eldar is after something more than what he says - though sometimes Nox "Gravemark" Eldar is even blunt enough to admit to it. While his self-serving attitude comes as a boon, usually, to his survival and pocketbook, his relationships are often strained by his outright selfish attitude.

All Work, No Play (Personality Aspect)

Nox "Gravemark" Eldar considers his work to be the most important aspect of his life. This borderline obsession with the "job" leaves little room for any kind of personal or social life, making it difficult for Nox "Gravemark" Eldar to relax and enjoy spending time with others. He excels in activities that relate to their work, but the idea of work-life balance is an altogether abstract concept.

Combat Slicer (Combat Aspect)

While Nox "Gravemark" Eldar avoids combat whenever possible, he has no qualms working with technology under the stress and pressure of combat. Nox "Gravemark" Eldar has trained himself to keep calm and focus intently on Slicing even while taking blaster fire from cover or when placed under time constraints. In truth, Nox "Gravemark" Eldar almost works better when under duress, and actually needs motivation, typically, when Slicing.

Dirty Fighter (Combat Aspect)

When it comes to a fight, some like to posture, some like to act tough, some like to dance around and go through all sorts of fancy footwork. Nox "Gravemark" Eldar? Nox "Gravemark" Eldar doesn't bother with exotic battle stances, intricate maneuvers, or super-secret tactics. Nox "Gravemark" Eldar, when cornered into a fight, prefers the ancient technique of a good kick to the nuts. And if that won't work, either because the enemy is a woman or has balls of steel, Nox "Gravemark" Eldar isn't beyond pulling a few more cheap tricks out of the bag. Granted, Nox "Gravemark" Eldar won't be winning any medals for nobility or any prestige for a unique fighting style or a superb maneuver, but Nox "Gravemark" Eldar will still be winning, the best and most dirty way he knows how.
