Vanli Pharn is no greenhorn when it comes to dealing with those who wish her ill. At some point, she managed to cross the wrong people, and now they've got a mark on her hide for it. While such experiences have hardened her for adrenaline-filled moments of evading those who seek to make her their quarry, she can never be quite sure if she is truly safe, for promises of wealth or power can turn even the most seemingly stalwart of allies to enemies with knives poised at her back.

Vanli Pharn is extremely competitive and strives to become the best at every task she is given. The benefit of this cutthroat approach to life and work is that she will always give 100%, pushing herself to her physical or mental limits to overcome any task. However, Vanli Pharn’s overzealous ambition makes her insufferable to all but the most patient of companions, making it difficult to make friends while she either proves successful or utterly fails at being the best.

Vanli Pharn has a very bad attitude. She enjoys picking fights and causing trouble, and as such, she isn't phased by most encounters because, let's face it: she tends to be involved in quite a few of them around here!

Vanli Pharn has a military background, and draws upon her experience to tackle the obstacles in her life. This makes her decisive, efficient, and fearless; provides her with a strong sense of duty and strength; which tends to influence her ability to fight and lead. However, a rigid mind is less compassionate towards individuals and less imaginative, and Vanli Pharn sometimes risks appearing callous, relatable, or incapable of compromising.

Without the gift of the Force, Vanli Pharn has trained rigorously with a wide range of melee weaponry and technology to better handle opponents that are able to harness the mythical power. Vanli Pharn has been conditioned to fight against foes that are Force-sensitive and are able to compensate against fighting an adversary wielding something as deadly as a lightsaber. While this adaptive combat training makes her lethal in close quarters combat against any kind of threat, they are still at the mercy of a long ranged fighter, assailant or Force user that prefers to attack the mind instead of the body.

Vanli Pharn is utterly devoted to success in combat, no matter the mission, no matter the cost. She has spent her life building herself in the image of war, utilizing a dogmatic regimen that has led her to a single-minded obsession with military success and requires intense physical and mental training. This training, however, has come at the cost of anything resembling empathy or concern for others - even her superiors and subordinates.
