Willadean has blonde braids down the length of her back. Her green eyes sparkle. Her skin tone is fair. She has a strawberry birthmark on her right cheek. She has a mountain landscape tattoo on her right thigh above the knee. She is muscular, yet slender.
While Willadean will see a job through to its conclusion and put forward her best effort, it’s still just a job. Willadean's true loyalties lie to her friends, and through thick and thin, she will stand by them and die for them if needed. This loyalty is reserved for those who have earned Willadean's trust, putting her at odds with other Mercenaries that are only doing a job for the money. This also makes it harder for employers to trust her motives, often times creating extra competition and difficulty finding work. None of it matters to Willadean, though, because loyalty to her friends is not something credits can buy.
Every legendary story seems to have at least one charming and optimistic character. If that's the case, then it only makes sense that Willadean has decided to be that person. After all, if everyone is too busy whining and groaning about the negatives, how will anyone ever reach the positive? True, Willadean's constant belief that things will get better can be terribly grating, especially to pessimists or those just level-headed enough to realize when things truly are going downhill, but Willadean's constant positive outlook can serve to sometimes spur others to action when it feels like the world just wants them to lay down and die.
While generally laid back and more than happy to offer a quip of sarcasm, Willadean's entire demeanor changes once combat begins. She becomes focused and quiet, with her smile replaced with a look of grim determination.
People tend to reverently follow Willadean’s lead and look up to her in difficult situations. Whether through inspirational behavior, fear and manipulation, or belief and hope for a better future, they think that Willadean genuinely believes what she does. This is all a clever facade, however, as Willadean is not always as upstanding and respectable as her followers believe. She is no idol, but an opportunist who knows how to manipulate a crowd into bettering her own machinations.
Through careful study and dedication to isolated martial-combat, Willadean has turned the act of dueling into an art form. A keen eye and attention to detail allows her the ability to learn their opponent's idiosyncrasies while fighting. Willadean then uses her own skills to capitalize on the opponent's weakness. Because of this calculated approach to isolated duels, Willadean has a harder time taking on multiple opponents at once at higher skill levels.
Fond of staying alive and prepared, Willadean keeps several bladed weapons hidden on her person at all times and in all different locations. Willadean switches these locations periodically in order to maintain an element of surprise even among her allies who know her. Unfortunately, this sometimes means that she is slower to draw one of these weapons if she forgets where she stashed them.
