Current Character Sheet for Uji Tameike
Fist Uji Tameike, Ad Vizsla
With sharp, slanted brown eyes that seem too old for his face and a diminished frame, Uji carries the look of a soldier long since left behind by war. His body bears the cost of it, worn down by injury and years of strain, yet he still holds himself with a straight-backed, deliberate confidence that refuses to yield.
Age and experience have carved lines into his face, softened only occasionally by a brief smirk or the faint lift of a dark brow, usually in quiet exasperation. There is little wasted movement in him now, every expression measured, every reaction controlled.
His skin is a pale, warm tan, marked by countless scars. The most prominent are two thin lines that cross his sharp, straight nose, running from just beneath his left eye to the far side of his face. His strong jaw and pronounced cheekbones are framed by a neatly kept goatee, while loose strands of dark hair slip free from the knot at the back of his head.
Though his posture remains firm, it is not without cost. A subtle unevenness in his step and the steady presence of his cane reveal the truth beneath the surface. What strength remains is maintained through discipline and will, not ease.
Uji has no patience for inefficiency or hesitation. He values results above all else and measures others by their ability to contribute meaningfully to an outcome. Years of command and hard-won experience have reinforced his belief that success is built through decisive action and controlled execution. While he is capable of inspiring those who earn his respect, he has little tolerance for those who waste time, resist direction, or fail to meet his expectations. This mindset drives him to take control of situations, often positioning himself as the one who determines the course of events whether others agree or not.
The injuries that should have ended Uji’s life never truly healed. Damage to his body lingers beneath the surface, forcing him to rely on the Force to maintain even a semblance of normal function. Every movement, every moment of clarity, comes at a cost. While this constant strain has strengthened his discipline and focus, it also means prolonged exertion or loss of control can have severe consequences.
Uji’s wit is sharp and deliberate, used as both a weapon and a shield. Among those he trusts, it manifests as dry humor and quiet banter. Among those he does not, it becomes cutting and dismissive, exposing weakness and testing resolve. He often uses humor to control conversations, deflect tension, or unsettle opponents. While effective, this tendency can complicate diplomacy and create friction with those who expect restraint or deference.
Patience is one of Uji’s greatest strengths and one of his most dangerous flaws. He is willing to spend years shaping outcomes, aligning people and events until they fall into place exactly as intended. Through careful planning and the guidance of the Force, he builds momentum slowly and deliberately. However, this reliance on control can leave him slow to adapt when situations shift unexpectedly, and he can struggle when forced into rapid or chaotic decision making.
Uji is no longer defined by his ability to win a fight with his own hands. Instead, he shapes the battlefield before conflict begins. Through strategy, positioning, and subtle use of the Force, he turns engagements into controlled outcomes. Allies act with clarity under his influence, while enemies react to decisions made long before the first strike.
This control comes at a cost. Maintaining awareness and guiding the flow of battle places constant strain on Uji’s mind and connection to the Force. As complexity increases or conflicts drag on, that strain erodes his clarity and precision. In chaotic or prolonged engagements, his focus can falter, forcing him to simplify his approach or risk losing control entirely and exposing openings his enemies can exploit.
When forced into direct combat he remains precise and efficient, but his strength lies in ensuring he rarely needs to be.
Uji views individuals as pieces within a larger design, each with a role to play in achieving victory. Through Battle Meditation and tactical insight, he elevates those around him, sharpening their instincts and guiding their actions toward a unified goal. He does not simply lead forces into battle, he aligns them into something greater than the sum of their parts. This control can inspire confidence in those who trust him, but it can also create unease in those who realize how little is left to chance.
