Nashiro is naturally suspicious of anyone who offers to help him or to team up to accomplish a mission. In his past, he has been betrayed by many people and organizations, leading him to believe that even seemingly genuine attempts to assist him hide ulterior motives.

Nashiro’s hatred of the New Republic manifests in a ruthless devotion to the Emperor’s pro-human ideology. Nashiro is disgusted by non-human and near-human species, viewing them as lesser beings and therefore beneath him. Since joining the Brotherhood, however, Nashiro has found it necessary to temper his more vocal outbursts towards non-humans as many of the alien practitioners of the Dark Side are significantly more powerful than him.

Nashiro Kakos has a military background, and draws upon his experience to tackle the obstacles in his life. This makes him decisive, efficient, and fearless; provides him with a strong sense of duty and strength; which tends to influence his ability to fight and lead. However, a rigid mind is less compassionate towards individuals and less imaginative, and Nashiro Kakos sometimes risks appearing callous, relatable, or incapable of compromising.

The Sith rely on their passions to give them strength. Nashiro Kakos thinks inwards, only of things that matter to him, and always does what is in his best interests. He feels nothing about hurting others, or exploiting opportunities, and believes himself to be special, and above all others.

Nashiro Kakos is utterly devoted to success in combat, no matter the mission, no matter the cost. He has spent his life building himself in the image of war, utilizing a dogmatic regimen that has lead him to a single-minded obsession with military success and requires intense physical and mental training. This training, however, has come at the cost of anything resembling empathy or concern for others - even his superiors and subordinates.

Nashiro Kakos prefers to be the first into any confrontation, quickly closing on his enemies to close range with his little to no regard for his own safety, relying instead on his instict and armor to protect him during his assault. He will always go for his vibrosword first, preferring the two handed weapon to his lightsaber when attacking his enemies. He will switch to his lightsaber only when confronting other Jedi in combat. His blood-thirsty ways put him in far more danger than normal, often resulting in more frequent personal injury
