Zujenia is the daughter of a Ryn mother and a human father. She inherited her mother's thick wild white hair which is usually gathered in a loosely gathered ponytail or braid. Zujenia has dark amber eyes and a round, human nose with a chitinous tip. Her nose lacks the holes needed for the Ryn's musical nose-flute. Her skin is a tan blue hue and noticeably lighter than full-blooded ryns. A couple splatters of blue/grey birthmarks are located on the back of her left shoulder and left hip. She lacks the body fur of the ryns, although she does have a higher body hair concentration then average female humans with hair thicker on the forearms, shins, back, feet, and navel. Zujenia dons the prehensile tail Ryn's are know for. Hers, however, is shorter than average and can not hold an item much larger than a small vial. She exhibits an average and pear shape body type with an oval face shape.

Zujenia prefers to wear loose clothing with which she can hide most of her ryn traits in order to avoid unfavorable interactions. Long flowing pants are wrapped tight to her calves to prevent tripping. Her tail is usually tucked within and wrapped against her leg. She wears a should-cut, long sleeve overlaid with a wrap-styled vest. A utility belt hangs loosely on her hips with various compartments and two blade sheaths. She wears fingerless gloves. Tied upside to her arm is a rebel bandanna that belonged to her mother. It is tied upside down in an act of spite towards her mother and society. Ankle-high shoes cover her feet.
