Gans Hruber is motivated by one thing and one thing only: credits. Think Through Your Exits
What Was It You Said To Me Earlier?
Gans Hruber doesn't do anything without first having a plan, and is constantly overheard advising others to always “think through their exits”. Every movement he makes--be it combative, manipulative or otherwise--is premeditated and thought out ahead of time. This foresight often places Gans Hruber two steps ahead of his peers. However, when plans go awry, Gans Hruber often has to first backtrack those same two steps to address the present, and that hesitation can often be line between success and failure in the heat of a situation.
Gans Hruber has a sharp wit, he often enjoys throwing his enemy's taunts back at them once he has put himself in a superior position. Because of this, he is one of the more personality-driven members of Capital Enterprises which comes with a reputation. He can either be embraced or seen as a joker who lacks the necessary results first attitude the rest of the group strives for.
That's What Watchmen Are For
Gans Hruber, all things being equal, isn't fond of taking part in combat himself. Instead, he would rather convince others to fight for him. While he's no slouch when it comes to combat, he isn't accustomed to engaging in it all too often, as his minions usually take care of business for him. However, if presented with, say, a stubborn member of law enforcement who refuses to give in and is pretty competent, Hruber can find himself having to improvise, which puts him at a disadvantage.
When Gans Hruber gets in trouble, he finds no fault in bravely turning tail and getting the hell out of dodge. Obviously, this means that he tends to survive even the most deadly encounters... but the same can't always be said for his compatriots. This fact hasn't exactly made him the most popular among his peers, but hey, at least Gans Hruber isn't dead yet.
