Even the most gifted of weapon masters understands the importance of physical fitness and disciplining the body with through martial arts training. The character has trained vigorously in unarmed combat by fusing Teräs Käsi and Echani with other unconventional forms. While this martial focus helps bolster their prowess in close-quarters combat, The character is still limited in scope when facing down a less direct or ranged threat.

Adaptive Combat Combat

Without the gift of the Force, The character has trained rigorously with a wide range of melee weaponry and technology to better handle opponents that are able to harness the mythical power. The character has been conditioned to fight against foes that are Force-sensitive and are able to compensate against fighting an adversary wielding something as deadly as a lightsaber. While this adaptive combat training makes them lethal in close quarters combat against any kind of threat, they are still at the mercy of a long ranged fighter, assailant or Force user that prefers to attack the mind instead of the body.

Often labeled as "boring" and "predictable", The character keeps their wild and experimental side reserved for pet projects. This boring lifestyle leads to them being considered anti-social and when they does join others, instead of relaxing they prefers to keep quiet and observe.

Scientific Method Combat

The character, like most of their peers, has trained with a blaster though, just like any weapon, hates to use it. Instead, when forced to fight, The character will use their surgical scalpels and anesthetics (poisons) to attempt to injure and incapacitate opponents. This requires their to get extremely close to their attackers and leaves them vulnerable to more maritally-inclined fighters and ranged specialists.

The character is a firm believer that the galaxy at large would be better off without the Force, those that command it, and those that follow them, mirroring the views of Liberation Front leader Rath Oligard. After watching the galaxy burn time and time again during their relatively young lifespan, The character has devoted themself to eliminating any notion of the Force from the galaxy, starting with agents of the Dark Brotherhood.

Play For Blood Combat

Through a mixture of cocksure courage and arrogant swagger, The character will not back down from a challenge when called out, even if the wiser path is to walk away or let it go. The character's personality does tend to rub a lot of people the wrong way, which generally puts them into situations that escalate quickly to violence. While they may not be the one to always start a fight, they will always see it through to it’s conclusion. Some have tried to play a challenge off as idle banter, but when The character initiates or accepts a challenge, they do not hold back.

The Finer Things In Life Personality

The character would much rather be behind a hand of good sabacc cards or a rare vintage of aged liquor than with their blasters or ship. More often than not, they will spend nights at high-end establishments gambling, drinking and "socializing". The character can survive without the finer things, but they sure would rather not. This preference follows them onto the job, so it is not uncommon for The character to insult a client or potential partner by commenting on their choice of beverage or recreation.

Despite their line of work, The character still sees themself as a refined gentleman and will often put on a show of being haughty and arrogant to those they does not know. The character only lets the mask slip to show their more laid back nature to those they trusts. To those they dislikes, they will actually become even more insufferable as taunts and quips without any regard for who or what they might be offending.

The character does not charge a high price because they have to pay for a life of luxury; they charge a high price because they know that they are the best in the game and worth the credits. Those who do not know The character will feel they are gouging them, but those who have seen them in action know that they always deliver. This bravado follows The character around and builds on the success of completed jobs and can be off-putting to other Mercenaries that will try and lash back by pointing out their failures.

Loyalty Is Earned, Not Bought General

While The character will see a job through to its conclusion and put forward their best effort, it’s still just a job. The character's true loyalties lie to their friends, and through thick and thin,they will stand by them and die for them if needed. This loyalty is reserved for those who have earned The character's trust, putting them at odds with other Mercenaries that are only doing a job for the money. This also makes it harder for employers to trust their motives, often times creating extra competition and difficulty finding work. None of it matters to The character, though, because loyalty to their friends is not something credits can buy.

Fond of staying alive and prepared, The character keeps several bladed weapons hidden on their person at all times and in all different locations. The character switches these locations periodically in order to maintain an element of surprise even among their allies who know them. Unfortunately, this sometimes means that they are slower to draw one of these weapons if they forget where they stashed them.

Be it during a fight or life in general, moral compass means little to The character. If you don’t want a person harmed, you had better specify. General terms mean nothing to them as The character only deals in specifics. If the rules of a duel say you can’t shoot before the count of three? A grenade over the shoulder is fair game, then. Tell The character to stop someone at all costs, well, you better not be concerned if they’re brought back dead or alive.

The character has no home planet, at least not one that they can remember. As a child, The character would spend most of their time on different starships and grew accustomed to the atmosphere and nuances of space and the various crafts that traverse it. As a result, The character feels more comfortable on a ship than on any planet.

The character has a sick sense of humor, viewing the world through dark colored glass. They have a biting sense of black humor, often laughing at things that most people would find reprehensible or down right soul crushing. As a result, those that are not used to their brand of humor often find The character downright unbearable or overly morbid. At the same time, their cynicism can be useful for seeing through the optimistic altruism of those they encounters.

The character grew up never knowing their family. They were sold into slavery very young, and was put to work almost immediately. However, due to their age, The character bounced from owner to owner until they became a teenager. Having to endure horrible treatment during this time in their life, The character has lingering trust issues while carrying an absolute hatred toward slavers. If confronted with acts of slavery, they will most likely lash out in some way, regardless of it compromises their objective.

Always Prepared Combat

Sometimes the only way to prepare for the worst is to always expect it. The character takes this philosophy one step further by never leaving home without accounting for every possible scenario they might expect to encounter. The character tends to always have the right tool or item for a situation and has a habit of quietly and almost smugly presenting solutions before anyone even recognizes there is a problem. This foresight is far from infallible, however, and they often find themself at a loss in situations that go beyond what they could have imagined. While incredibly practical and often a life-saver in a pinch, their perpetually pessimistic outlook on daily life can be a bit draining on more optimistic-inclined companions.
