Old, wrinkle-faced, and sporting a wide, toothy grin, Snaz is a typical aged member of his species. His scaled skin is a light blue with discoloured greyish- white patches along his hairless scalp, mouth, and torso.
He stands at an average height for his species, though old age has rendered him boney and skinny to the point of looking somewhat frail.
Bright cerulean eyes shimmer on his face, and whilst there are small cuts along his arms, they are barely noticeable to the naked eye.
The Force doesn't give a damn, so why should he?
Or at least, that's what he used to think. The Force, light, dark, whatever, it doesn't matter. Snaz understands that if anything is going to get done in the galaxy, it's going to get done by individual actions rather than some cosmic entity playing the galaxy like a marionette.
Snaz is overseeing the next generation. To him, its part of his job to steer them in the right direction. He has to, lest tragic history of the past repeat itself.
You can take the Professor out of the Academy, but you can never take the Academy out of the Professor. When Snaz sees an opportunity to teach someone something, he will seize the opportunity to do so.
He's rarely direct or obvious about it, though, so his meanings can be lost.
Snaz can usually be described in one word; "chill."
Unsurprisingly friendly, and sporting a smile, Snaz has an earful of words and a mouthful of terrible jokes for anyone willing to listen, and he loves making terrible jokes.
In fact, the latter is a specialty of his. In particular, practical jokes. He loves a good laugh, and nothing builds laughter quite like a good ol' fashioned practical joke just like his favourite prank; "playing dead."
Not everyone appreciates a practical joke, however, and some consider it to be in poor taste. To Snaz, however, they just don't have a sense of humor.
Whilst jovial, friendly, and perhaps a bit mischievous on good terms, Snaz is also an observant, intelligent, and idealistic individual. If he sees or hears something he doesn't like from someone, his attitude towards that person can, and will, shift on a dime. He becomes more aloof, cryptic, and distant. His stares become hard and his attitude in extreme cases becomes threatening.
Not that most people are frightened by a tiny, old Aleena, but hey, it's worth a try, right?
The phrase "I'm getting too old for this" comes to mind when it comes to Snaz's philosophy in combat. He doesn't fight unless he has too, preferring that others do the dirty work. Some might call him lazy, but to him, he's simply been there, done that. He'd rather escape than commit to a long, drawn out battle. He made a promise not to if he could help it.
It usually takes a lot to push his buttons and force him into action. By that point, it might already be too late. Snaz has very little in the name of physical attributes to fall back on. He's a frail, weak old Aleena way past his youthful prime. He risks exhausting himself and getting fatigued before even getting started.
That being said, Snaz is no coward. When he commits, he commits until the end. Whatever end that may be.
What Snaz lacks in physical ability given his advancing age, he more than makes up for raw Force Power.
When in combat, Snaz will attempt to utilise all of his powers in tandem with one another. By creating a potent maelstrom of the Force, he attempts to overwhelm his opponent before they can touch him.
Snaz's specialty, however, is Telekenesis. He is not afraid to push pull, grab, slam, choke and throw his opponents in whatever way he can when the opportunity presents itself.
For all his strength, Snaz is far from untouchable. Should an enemy manage to close the distance, there is little he can do to defend himself. Should he be unable to use the Force for any reason, then he will have very few ways to defend himself.
