If it has an electronic circuit or gears,Carmen Nu'Hwin thinks he can fix it; everything from holopads to starships. To Carmen Nu'Hwin, even the most random assortment of scraps from a junkyard can be used to create something useful. He has a knack for fixing things that are broken, and his confidence in this ability borders on arrogance, and if he fails to fix something, he is prone to fits of anger and annoyance.

Carmen Nu'Hwin is perfectly capable of fulfilling responsibilities and doing his duties. But goofing off and having fun will always have a heavy sway in his decision making. He sometimes ignores orders or finds ways to spend as much time avoiding an assignment as possible.

Carmen Nu'Hwin prefers to push the rules to the absolute limit. While he is unlikely to actually break rules or disobey orders, he toes the line between what is allowed and what isn't at every opportunity.

Carmen Nu'Hwin would much rather be behind a hand of good sabacc cards or a rare vintage of aged liquor than with his blasters or ship. More often than not, he will spend nights at high-end establishments gambling, drinking and "socializing". Carmen Nu'Hwin can survive without the finer things, but he sure would rather not. This preference follows him onto the job, so it is not uncommon for Carmen Nu'Hwin to insult a client or potential partner by commenting on their choice of beverage or recreation.

Carmen Nu'Hwin's passion for technology extends beyond his talent with Slicing. He truly believes that wars can be won with technology, not soldiers, and will always try to avoid direct combat if he can afford it. Instead, he prefers to deploy clever traps with Explosives, or turn technology against others as a weapon. Carmen Nu'Hwin would rather overload a circuit breaker to shock a guard into submission than to test his luck with his hands or a blaster. If removed from technology or his gadgets, however, Carmen Nu'Hwin can easily be overwhelmed. Fortunately, he has no qualms with throwing a smoke grenade down and running for dear life.

It's not that Carmen isn't a perfectly capable warrior, it's just that others are more suited to that kind of thing and... well, why should he stop them? Whether allies, hirelings, droids, or battle trained pets, Carmen prefers to play support and let others take point.
